The installers arrived at my home and didn't even let me know they were there, they just went into the garage and started working. They were out there for about an hour and half. After that time,they informed me that the garage door opener was defective since they couldn't get it to work! The opener was brand new, still in the box! They advised us they had other work orders and they needed to leave to get those completed but they would be back the next day to troubleshoot and get the opener working. We have not heard from them since,it's been over 2 weeks. Come to find out, the techs has the opener wired wrong! After wiring it correctly,it works like a gem!!

The project is not completed due to a defect in one of the garage door panels. The company installed a temporary panel until the new one came in.This was great because my house was not exposed to the elements or prying eyes. The owner is keeping me informed on the status of the new panel. So far I am pleased with their professionalism and how patient they are in answering questions.

These guys definitely know what they're doing. I would recommend their services to others.

Scott quickly responded to my request and arrived promptly on the date/time scheduled. He called 10 minutes ahead of time to let me know when he was heading my way. He and Brian worked efficiently and had all the parts on-hand necessary to repair the garage door. They didn't mess around, knew what they were doing and communicated well...refreshing to see these two guys working as a team!!! Two hard worki g guys who I'd recommend to anyone!

Scott was really easy to work with. He was accommodating of my schedule and the work was done quickly. It's only been 3 days, but so far everything is working as expected. I will certainly update the review if anything changes but if all stays as is, I would definitely recommend Reliable Garage Doors.
