He accommodated our need for urgency, was flexible in terms of us providing the garage door opener. His service fee was also more reasonable than others. Scott gave us a window of arrival the next day, and called ahead before he showed up. He completed the project very efficiently. Very happy with the end result.

Came out the next day after I called. On time and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. $40.00 less expensive than 2 other company's I called.

Friendly service. Didn't have the part on hand and would come back on Saturday to fix door. Found a part and finished job on Friday. Very pleased with service.

He showed up within the time slot agreed (on the later side), got the job done quickly, and was professional and pleasant. No complaints at all, and I did not have to get hurt replacing a spring myself! It was storming that day so I forgive him on the timing.

Reliable Garage Doors was very quick to respond to my inquiry on Home Advisor and was able to install my garage door opener within just a few days. They were 5 minutes over the 2 hour window but that wasn't a big deal and did a great job.
