CDC Landscaping & Tree Service, LLC

Hired this company who then sent a subcontractor out to do the job. They did not do the project and left. Customer service was poor when the situation was called to their attention. Would not recommend this company.

I failed in not shopping the price. Once I saw how quickly and efficiently the tree was removed, I believe I could have found a lower price to the same quality of work and effort.

CDC Property Maintenance was the most professional, most pleasant personnel to help me with my recent tree removal. They came to survey my property the very next day after contacting me, and made sure to itemize everything we discussed in a way that worked for me. Owner Mr. Flowers was able to give me a military discount, which helps out a lot, especially in the WPAFB area. I can't recommend CDC enough, and I will definitely contact them in my future projects.

Bobby Flowers and the crew were great to work with. He really values your time and provides great service.

Hired them to remove one tree and trim another. All the work was done exactly as we agreed on, in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. They also cleaned up after themselves, all I had to do when they were done was latch my gate. I will be calling them in the spring for some more work I would like to have done.

Timely. Responsive. Efficient - performed in a few hours what other crews would take all day to accomplish. Good, prompt communication. Clean up as never before seen for a tree crew. A tad on the expensive side; perhaps need better clarity/specificity on extent of work. Will definitely call again.
