Hired them for tree service; they were nothing but friendly and professional over the phone. Had everything arranged over the phone and after their job the tree looks great they knew what they were doing. So much so I had other contractors out for a different project and they commented on the quality of work CDC did!

They removed 2 very large maple trees. They supplemented their crew with a subcontractor. Total of 9 guys on site. They brought in a truck that picked up large sections of tree and was able to haul away all wood in only two truckloads. Only took 4 hours, start to finish. Appeared to be very safety conscious. Also kept cleaning up the area during whole process. Excellent final cleanup, including neighbors' yards .

A skylight was repaired and has stopped leaking.

The response was very fast, work was done the next day (had a large maple tree removed). Crew was fast, efficient and friendly. They removed all the wood, brush, and did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend CDC!

Extremely quick response and service time. They cut down two trees and trimmed two others the same afternoon we agreed to the service. The only issue I had was the communication between the contract representative and work crew. The main reason for hiring them for a job was not stressed enough to the workers. I had to reiteratey main reason for hiring them.

Too expensive for what they did. I should’ve argued more for the rate that was charged.

CDC was prompt at every turn (estimate, tree and stump removal). They communicated with me frequently and even sent before and after pictures (I'm an absentee owner). They were very professional and did a great job. As for price, they were very competitive. I will use them again.

THEY CALLED ME PROMPTLY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT AND THEY CALLED ME WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE. THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK ON TIME AND THEY DID IT VERY WELL.

James came out promptly to gave me an estimate. The work was done to include the clean up as he stated was part of the service. The crew did a wonderful job of trimming the trees back from the house. Thanks go out to James and his crew!

Did not receive answers to some questions I had asked in regards to replacement parts. No company invoice was supplied with any warranty info or company address or phone info. Seemed a little fishy on that front. Worker who showed up however was prompt and worked fast. The equipment is working but I'm not sure what recourse I have if something fails or if my house catches fire from the new equipment.
