Professional! Tree that they removed had power lines entwined with limbs. Very dangerous. The crew really knew what they were doing and worked together with military precision and teamwork. They removed entire tree in less than 5 hrs. This included stacking wood and brush where instructed, and cleanup. One wouldn't know they were there. James and crew were polite and good humored. I'd recommend CDC to anyone.

Excellent work. Left oil stains on my new driveway. The only disappointment on the entire project. I feel the company should come back and clean up the oil stain

The service was great! Price started out high but the person that contacted me worked with me to get it to a more reasonable price. They were on time, took care of the job, and left without any problem. Great work!

I recently referred James Curran to a friend that was looking for a reputable property management company to remove a series of trees from her land just outside of Cincinnati. Within three days, James had called the client to set up an appointment, quoted the project, and successfully executed the job. My friend was extremely impressed with James s customer service approach, his rates, and the crew s overall diligence in performing the job. I would highly recommend CDC for any property maintained jobs.

I met both Bobby F and James C. They were very professional. They had excellent customer service. The price was better then the 2 estimates I received from other contractors. They communicated thoroughly. Work was done correct the first time. Would definitely recommend this company to any family and friends!!

I hired this company to be the general contractor after a tornado in my area. There were several jobs that I did. I hired this company to be the general contractor after a tornado in my area. There were several jobs that were completed However, with regard to a roof that was not removed correctly it took me three months to finally get them out and finish it. With regard to tree trimming which was part of my project they did not complete the work. It has been four months and they tell me they do not have a crew to finish the job. I have hired someone else to complete the job and had to pay an additional $3000 to the new company and I have not been able to get a refund for the incomplete work from CDC. I have recently reviewed the reply from CDC. All I can say is there is too much spin in the reply to unpack. It is easier for me to say no thank you we are done. Thanks

I payed in full ,mistake , I advised workers before they pulled truck in yard they would leave ruts , they assured me they had mats that would avoid that, It didn't, called boss he said they wouldn't fill tire ruts so. now if it rains I've got standing water where it drained before. I feel they we're less than honest wjth me.

We worked with Dennis Pxxxxx under the name of CDC Contracting and had nothing but problems. Dennis did not communicate with us when issues or delays occurred. Siding was damaged when roof was replace. Damage siding replaced was poor quality work that we had to have redone by another contractor. House was painted and it started to peal in 2 weeks. Fencing uneven. Left trash in the yard. We complained many times and never got work completed correctly. The CEO came out to discuss issues and his answer was to walk away from the job and leave it unfinished after 9 months. We complained to the BBB and CDC never responded to the complaint. BEWARE -Update to my review: James did get ahold of us, we discussed what work needed to be done and came to an agreement. The work was completed to our satisfaction and the crew was very professional.

They were the significantly more expensive than the other companies that I interviewed but the most professional. They took time to educate me on how and why they approach the job the way they do and what I could expect at every step along the way. They were punctual, efficient and effective. They did what they said they would do.

They accommodated my schedule and were able to get the job done quickly which was important since heavy rain was in the forecast. Sent before , during and after pictures. I did think it was a bit high priced but was willing to pay more for the quick service.

Very easy from estimates to completed work

Did not get service invoice or anything in writing at first. Was unaware of the process , never had a tree trimmed. Provider was secured but nothing in writing. Once I voiced my concern I did receive invoice. I felt it should have been provided in the beginning. Sales rep was very nice , and consistent in staying in touch with me about the status of the job. The workers were efficient, productive, focused on what they came to do and did a thoroughly excellent job. I am very pleased and thankful. I would definitely use this service again.

Paid a little above the industry standards but overall very pleased with the work performed on a difficult job that other contractors who had actually been hired had walked away from in the past James and the tree removal crew showed nothing but respect for the family and the property and the work was done fantastic

James arrived on time for estimate and job 2 days later. Trimmed all trees along fence line and left nice canopy about 15' up for shade. Crew worked very fast, hauled everything away, cleaned up very well, and were very nice. Professional job all around and would recommend to anyone. Very well done!!!! Thanks very much, James. You promised to take good care of us and you did exactly that!
