Bob Snyder & Randi Marion were friendly and very professional in making sure we got exactly what we wanted, regarding a new roof for our home. The workmen who installed the roof were fantastic. From showing up on schedule, the installation, to the clean up after. They were very thorough and professional. First rate all the way. We highly recommend ACR Contracting. Top quality sales staff & installers. Would rate 10 stars, if we could.

The roof was was done on time and no mess at all. I never saw anybody work as fast and not stop working until the roof was done and everything was picked up. I have a two story three bedroom house and it took them more then 8 hours to complete. The work was done in one day other companies said it would take two or three days.

What I would like others to know of my experience with ACR Contracting Inc. is their commitment to excellence and at a fair price. Bob and Renae provided exemplary customer service right from the start. I received a prompt response to my inquiry. Bob was right on time for our first meeting at my house. Once the job started, the crew was friendly, focused, and stayed on task to complete the new roof on schedule. I have friend who's a roofing contractor in Colorado. Coincidentally, he visited a few weeks after ACR completed the new roof. He was complimentary of the workmanship and the choice of materials. While my roof had wind damage and was 17 years old an in need of replacement, my primary motivation was a leak in the TV room. We have interior water damage and dripping with each heavy rain. A few days after the new roof, I was surprised the leak continued. Bob sent his crew out the next day. They found the cause and explained the water intrusion was independent from the new roof. I didn't quite understand, but a correction to improve drainage where water was puddling on the roof instead of running off the roof made sense. We thought this worked, because the next few rain storms, the dripping had subsided. Unfortunately, the next heavy rain, the dripping returned. I called ACR and they again promptly responded this time taking more aggressive action to relieve the puddling/pooling that was causing the drip. Again, the dripping problem appeared solved over a period of weeks until we had some torrential rains. The dripping returned. Bob sent his lead crew member to our house again. This time interior access was requested, and I met the crew at my house. From the inside, we could then determine the intrusion point from the outside roof. It was the same area as the pooling/puddling, but the crew was determined to solve the problem, even though it wasn't a roof issue! The roof replacement was high quality. The water intrusion was determined to be related to the construction of the home in 2004. Behind the siding was not built to code and water was running down the side of the house, pooling at the intersection of the roof and the wall, and seeping down the wall and onto the TV room ceiling. This was an exterior wall coming down from the main roof down to a secondary roof where the water puddled/pooled. I watched the work done by Bob's crew and it appeared to me the roof replacement and sealing of the intersection of roof/wall by ACR was high quality. Apparently, the water running down the exterior wall bypassed the roof replacement and was more a construction issue. ACR crew was able to rectify the construction issue allowing the water to flow and drain off the roof correctly. After finding ACR on home advisor and receiving their quote, I chose them for my total shingle replacement. The price and quality was competitive but I mostly chose them for the amazing sales and customer service. Then when the roof was being done, the guys were very friendly, worked hard/did a great job, and they were having a good time doing it! That was the most impressive thing to me for it gave me confidence that they are a great company and are willing to do great work. My roof looks beautiful and I will be using ACR again when it comes time for other exterior projects.

Bob was excellent to work with. He was punctual for all appointments and the price he quoted was very reasonable. The materials used were of excellent quality. His crew showed on time the day they were scheduled, did a double tear off, replaced some plywood and two sky lights and were done the same day. The roof looks fantastic.

We had ACR install a new roof, windows, & siding. I said I wanted it to look like a new house & Bob delivered. We got a complete facelift on our home along with soffits, gutters, & downspouts. What many other companies charge much extra for. Covid threw a wrench in the works for our timeline but once the materials arrived everything was done in a very timely manner! Overall I couldnt be more pleased with the work we had done & the cost was very reasonable! Much better then what some of the other large national companies wanted to charge me for the same work & no overbearing salesmen forcing you into a deal that day. Bob & Renee were a pleasure to deal with & will use their company again should i ever need them.
