Professional, great communication, timely . Bob got the job scheduled within a few weeks. Crew arrived at 7am, had to take 2 layers off, great job with being respectful of our home and landscaping. They were pulling out by 3pm and it was a good size roof. They only stopped to eat lunch for 1/2 hour, then back to work. The Amish workers were so polite. I highly recommend ACR .

The crew showed up on time and began work. They were well organized and very efficient in their actions. As a superintendent for a contractor I want my job sites neat and clean. As ACR worked they did just that. When the job was complete everything was installed in a professional manner and my house was clean. Any questions or comments I had during installation were answered and addressed. Would recommend to anyone having a roof installed. For a 2400 sq ft house they were complete in just over 7 hours. The total experience was great. Bob had a very professional sales approach and a lot of knowledge of the roofing business. He helped me to avoid unnecessary additional expense on my project. The job was completed while I was out on the road on business. When I came home, it was like Santa Claus gave me a new roof. Everything was cleanâ I would only know they were there because of the new roof. I highly recommend themâ â AND, Iâ m a former remodeling contractor.

ACR Contracting, Inc. Is an absolutely wonderful company. Bob and Renae are wonderful , sincere in the work that was performed. Customer service was the best I've had in a long time. What was written on the contract was completely fulfilled. The roofers came worked diligently until the job was complete. (Truth is they came to work and it was refreshing to see young people so dedicated to their job and very courteous. Wonderful experience for me). All company owners, staff, roofers, and other workers are exceptional. I am blessed and thankfu lto have them remove, install my roof and put on the gutter guards. The price was great also. Thank you ARC and all owners and employees! I will recommend you to everyone.
