John Lewis and Lewis Exterminators did a great job! They removed the hornets' nest and killed all of the stragglers, and also sprayed around the foundation at no extra charge. I will definitely contact them in the spring for quarterly spraying!

They quoted me a fair price and came out the next day. They answered all my questions and rodent problem solved.

They were professional, courteous and efficient.

I still felt bugs biting me after they spray three times. The owner was saying that after three times, they start losing money. I got the feeling he was trying to make me think it was all in my head. There was a 2 month warranty but I was feeling them the next day, every time. I feel like they didn't use a very strong spray, and kept saying that they didn't really see any more bugs. The warranty is still good for another month, but I don't want to hear the complaints. I will be using another company next time.

He was really excellent. He got back to me right away and came out promptly.

Owner came and set traps himself. We got mice after a recent flood in our basement. He was honest and helped us figure out the most cost effective way of dealing with the problem. We've never had mice in the home and wanted some solution that was pet and child safe. I did feel $185 for mouse traps was a bit much, but I've never had mice. So, I really have no comparison.

Arrived on time and sprayed for anys in every room. Returned a second time to spray again for a few returning ants about two weeks later without any hesitation.

We have had a good outcome. I found Mr. Lewis to be professional and easy to work with. He was responsive to my concerns about spraying indoors because of my older and sick pets. He used a less powerful poison for the indoor treatment and limited it to the areas of infestation.

Responded almost immediately to the request, came at our first available time. Was extremely prompt and professional. We tried to get someone else that a friend recommended and after two weeks of them never calling back we gave up. This experience was great.

I emailed Mr. Lewis for service and immediately received a response. The service was performed within a week. Mr. Lewis arrived on time and performed the service. I am a repeated customer who is very satisfied with the level of service and product received.

After finding Lewis Exterminating on Angies List, I phoned and spoke with Mr. Lewis. We discussed my problem with carpenter bees; the location of the bees and how long it has occurred. He gave me an estimate for service and a date/time to provide the service. He phoned the evening before the appointment as a reminder and phoned about an hour before he came. Upon arrival he looked at the area and spoke with my husband. Mr. Lewis then sprayed the area and sprayed above the problem area. He instructed us to call if bees returned within 7 days and he would return and re-treat. He provided a 90 day warranty on his work.

mr Lewis was very prompt, extremely courteous and came back and sprayed a second time no charge. Would recommend him.

I haven't had any problems ever since. He explains what he was doing. He offered a courtesy to re-spray when the problem wasn't fixed. He's good. He showed me areas that he needed to take care of it.

It went fine. Mr. Lewis was professional and fast. It has been two weeks with no mice sightings. He promised to come back when the weather (snow) is better and take a look at the house foundation.

This visit went very well. The provider was punctual. It was a very snowy day and the provider took off his shoes at the entry door so that he wouldn't track snow through the house. I explained to the provider that I had been hearing noise in the attic. He inspected the attic. He stated that nothing had been in the attic because there were no dropping and nothing was torn up or clawed at. The provider also inspected the outside of my home to see it there were any entry ways to the attic but could find none. The provide was polite, courteous, and didn't mind me asking questions.

It was excellent. He was very professional. He explained exactly what they were doing. They did it in a timely fashion. The problem has disappeared. It worked very well. They said to call back if there is any problems. They were in and out. There was no evidence that they were here.

I ordered the $250- rodent inspection and treatment online earlier this week. Angie's List provided the option of an online appointment request so I selected three times. Within a couple of hours, I received a message from Mr. Lewis to confirm appointment. After 3 emails back and forth, we scheduled an appointment for 11am this morning. The offer stated that the program would include "Installation of rodent control plan specific to your home's needs, and Setting and baiting traps using a variety of proven methods." Upon arrival, Mr. Lewis indicated that his method of poison traps was only method he offered. I indicated that we have children and did not want to use poison but rather, snap traps or other method. He indicated that he felt that rats are difficult to exterminate and his opinion was that poison was the most effective method. We respectfully agreed that given the misunderstanding of methods, that no service would be performed and that I would request a refund. The only think I found odd about the experience was that several times, Mr. Lewis expressed frustration that I had not answered my phone when he had called and that I had only responded using the email scheduling option. He said if I would have called him, then I would have found out his method was poison-only. This was perplexing as the Angie's List deal description indicated a plan would be made based on "home-needs" and "variety of methods" and I did not realize a pre-visit conversation was necessary. At any rate, Mr. Lewis was professional and despite the misunderstanding, I had no issue with the overall experience.

The initial extermination in June provided some relief. But, when we returned from vacation in July we contacted Lewis Exterminating letting them know that we had seen fleas in the house. Mr. Lewis was very professional, letting me know we should have contacted him sooner. Regardless of that fact, he was willing to come out and spray again and again after that. The last time in September did the trick. We truly appreciate Mr. Lewis' help!

The service was professional and we didn't have mice or visible in the house in the coming year.
