He was extremely thorough, climbing into all nooks of our house, garage and storage areas. He set bait and plugged holes. Haven't seen any droppings since!

I contacted this company by A.List message over the weekend and the owner responded on a Sunday night. I explained that we had a flea problem that we needed to take care of as soon as possible. The owner was willing to come out on Monday but we asked for the following Wednesday and he agreed. The company employees arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began work. They were professional, pleasant and did everything I asked. The first treatment appears to have taken effect immediately because we haven't seen any live fleas since. The fee covers two treatments and I am sure that we will have no fleas afterward. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely use this service again.

They explained the process, did a thorough search of my house to find and address problems. Service was quick, professional and timely.

While having some work done in our master bathroom, an apparent carpenter ant nest was unearthed. I called Mr. Lewis on a Saturday, and he was here in about an hour. He came, he saw, he kicked some butt. He did some serious exterminating. Not only that, but he called several times afterwards to check up. For good measure, he came back - just to make sure the problem was solved. This is a hardworking gentleman who not only does a terrific job, but also cares about his customers. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely have him back.

There was a yellowjacket nest in the back entrance to the house, under the shingles. Mr. Lewis explained what he was going to do, then sprayed the entrance to the hive. He said it would take a day for the nest to be destroyed. He told me to call him the next day and let him know if the spraying worked. The next day the temperature was still in the 70s, but there were no yellowjackets entering or exiting the nest. He gave me 10% off the bill and a two month guarantee. I would call him again if I had any other extermination problems.

I purchased a $180.00 Lewis Exterminating Co. voucher on Angie's List for this exterminator. He replied within 24 hours and set an appointment for 3 days later. He showed up on time and said he would only spray for crawling ants on the perimeter of the house. I showed him the voucher I had purchased. He said the voucher was all wrong and he couldn't do it for that price! But, if I would pay more money he would. Ha. Talk about bait and switch! And, false advertising. HE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT ONE DAY AND SPRAY, AND COME BACK A DAY OR TWO LATER TO TAKE THE NEST DOWN. GREAT JOB. HE WAS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING PAID, HE WANTED TO GET RID OF THE NEST. HE CALLED A COUPLE DAYS LATER TO GET PAID.

After calling another Angie's List provider who decided my home was outside of his service area (although that was not noted in his profile) , Mr. Lewis was next on my list to call. Mr. Lewis called me back within a half hour and scheduled a visit to my home the next day. He was prompt, courteous , and professional during his visit. Once he assessed the nest, he recommended use of a product that was slow acting but would be effective at killing the entire nest. The product worked exactly as he said it would. Within 24 hours there was no activity at all and a week later that remains true.

Bought a Angie's list certificate for 180 dollars for spray and for future 30 day guarantee. When he came he was very nice, punctual, and started spraying. He noticed the job was bigger than needed and said it would be an extra 120 dollars. He sprayed and did a good job. He said he would come back if needed. Overall I am happy and will see if the guarantee holds true

I called Lewis Exterminating in the morning and John was able to come out that afternoon. He called when he was on his way. He was careful to use a different chemical on the house so it wouldn't stain the new paint job! He explained what he did, how long I could expect to see results, and assured me that he'd be back if there were additional problems with the nest that he sprayed. He was efficient and courteous. I would definitely call him again if needed.

Mr. Lewis returned my call very quickly and came out within a couple of hours. He was very thorough and professional. He showed me where the bees were getting into the siding and sprayed thoroughly and even walked around the house to see if he saw any more bee activity. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my problem quickly. I would definitely call him again.

I asked Mr. Lewis to explain service fees and details of service. I did not understand the process and when I asked him to repeat it he was rude and said he'd repeated it three times. All I heard were a bunch of prices. I didn't know which was for what. He was rude and condescending in his mannerisms. You must learn to listen to the customer and be willing to repeat information if it is unclear otherwise you shouldn't be in the service industry. I will not use him nor refer him to anyone.

They came out the same day I called, and it took less than a half hour. Very prompt, very courteous. They gave me a two month guarantee, which I hope I don't need.

He didn't do this kind of work but he gave good advice for how I could get them out myself. I appreciated it.

Price was reasonable. They did a good job. Made a few trips. Took care of my problem.

Mr Lewis came out the very next day for the treatment. He sprayed inside and outside and was very thorough. They offer a 2 month guarantee and will return as often as needed in the first 2 months until the problem is resolved. The treatment seems to have done the trick though because we haven't seen any ants again and haven't needed to call him back out. I would definitely use him again if we have another problem.

He was punctual and explained what he would do. Was very fast...probably 20 minutes.

It went very well. This was sometime last year. He was prompt and when he said he was going to be there he was there. It cost a hundred and ninety five. I would use them again in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I have used him 4 times since then. He is A++++++++. He is responsive and professional. He is johnny-on-the-spot. He goes above and beyond the call. I had to do a callback and he was right on it the next day. I have referred him to half a dozen people and they are still using him. He has been working for me for probably 3 years. He works out of his car. I will absolutely continue to use him.

Very quick and easy, found a time to come less than twelve hours after I called. Sprayed with low odor chemicals, said he would come back if I had any other bugs downstairs, very y with service.

I purchased a certificate to use this service. Since we were getting new carpeting, we decided to wait so we wouldn't have to move the furniture away from the house twice. Coincidently, by the time that happened, the ants had left. The company owner called a few times about scheduling and was willing to either extend the offer or let me transfer it to another location. For several reasons, all based on my needs at the time, I did not follow through. While I can't rate the results of using the service, the owner was very professional and accommodating. If the need arose again, I would definitely call him.

Mr. Lewis called to let me know he was coming, and how far he was from my home. He explain what kind of bees (carpentter) they were, along with what kind of treatment needed to complete the job. He was very professional.

I was able to reach the provider on the first call. We talked about charges so I knew what to expect upfront. We agreed that he would come out on the next day. He came as promised. He was courteous and professional. He set a trap to humanely remove the squirrel. He came back and removed the squirrel in a timely manner after it was caught. I was completely pleased with the service.
