Description of Work: Fixed and replaced a portion of my gutters. Diagnosed the problem correctly. Showed up on time the day after I called him. The price was totally fair. Cleanup was perfect. He was very matter-of-fact, trustworthy, and now my gutter guy that I'll go to without getting other estimates. I totally trust him. I used him years ago at my other house. Same experience - that's why I called him this time again.

Description of Work: John Paul provided a quote to install two small downspouts and redirect two downspouts into one funnel. we agreed to higher him and he was out in a couple days to perform the work. His worker was very experienced and performed the the work in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their work.

 + -1 moreI CALLED TO SET UP A TIME TO HAVE THE GUTTERS CLEANED. THEY ASKED IF I WANTED AN ESTIMATE. I SAID THAT WAS NOT NECESSARY, I JUST WANT TO GET ON THE SCHEDULE AND GET THE GUTTERS CLEANED. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 2 TO 3 WEEKS. I SAID THAT IF THERE WAS TIME THEY COULD JUST LEAVE AN ESTIMATE IN THE MAILBOX. WHEN THE TIME WAS COMING CLOSE TO HAVE THE GUTTERS CLEANED, I CALLED THE OFFICE TO BE SURE I WAS ON THE SCHEDULE. THE PERSON IN THE OFFICE SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE THE LIST BUT WOULD FIND OUT FROM THE OWNER AND CALL ME BACK. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I CALLED AGAIN AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD PAGE HIM AND CALL BACK AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A CALL.
