Excellent. Mr. Herman was on time for 2 meetings and was helpful to make our decision easier. He is very knowledgeable about his products. Installation went well although installer was a little late arriving, but finished in enough time for me to get to my appointment.

I needed window treatments for four newly installed windows. By going to Herman Textile's Showroom I was able to choose from a wide variety of shades & shutters. They were very helpful in answering my questions and directing me to products that might work best for me. The installation was flawless and both the shutter & shades exceeded my expectations,

Visited showroom & saw products. Joel came to our house for measurements, estimate, and design help. Products ordered and installed when promised which was much appreciated, as we were expecting guests!

Joel, the owner, was quite helpful, professional, and accommodating to work within my schedule. We had a glitch with curtain length needing adjustment twice before it was acceptable. In spite of their effort to please and correct the problem, was paramount I would definitely use the service again.
