It went great. Job was done quickly and professionally. I would absolutely rehire this company.

They did great work. I had to call them to have come back out to install part, which was inconvenient for me. I would recommend.

They initially made a good faith effort to repair the old unit, at no charge. They ordered and replaced the unit in a timely and professional manner for a fair price.

A bit slow. I contacted to have work done on July 31st. The work was not completed till Sept. 5th. They were suppose to order the door and be ready to install the week of Aug, 14th. I had to call them to find out what was going on Aug 15th because I had heard nothing. I was then told they did not have my door yet, He told me it was a mix up with the manufacturer. My door Was an odd size. I called them again on Aug. 23rd. They still did not have my door. I called them again on the 29th of Aug. and they had my door and would be there to replace on the 31st of Aug. They came and got the door up when they discovered the manufacturer had sent the wrong springs for the door. Said they would be back on Sept. 5th to finish the job. They came and finished. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I feel they did the work in a timely manner once they had everything they needed. I feel it would have been better if they would have contacted me about the delays instead of me having to call them. I am happy with the work that they did.

They sold me one remote clip on and one remote with keypad, and the one in my car. They programed those two and the one in my car. He was very good and the price was excellent.

Our electric garage door opener quit working.  My mother could not open or close the door herself.  We called that morning, the repairman was there that afternoon.  He was very courteous and completed the job within minutes without making us feel stupid.

On Monday, I called for an evening appointment at his schedule's convenience. The previous owners of our home used his company to install the openers over a decade ago and left his card in the folder they gave us when we bought the house. He was able to come out for an estimate on Wednesday evening. 30 minutes after his said time, I called to make sure he was still coming. As the last job of his day, he was on his way. When he arrived, he clearly knew what he was doing. Just from the sound the motors were making, he knew exactly what part needed to be ordered. I was impressed! We made an appointment for him to return to complete the work Saturday morning. I called Friday to confirm. His secretary told me that he rarely provided exact times, so I recommend scheduling his services at a time when you know you'll be home for awhile. Wesley ended up arriving Saturday morning about 9am. He worked quickly & took time to show me how worn down the cog was in the motor before he put the replacement part in it. I really appreciate that. Although he was unable to offer an estimate prior to the work (other than telling me the keypad would be $25), his work was competitively priced and I received a detailed invoice at the end. I'm very happy with the quality work he provided on our garage doors.
