BEWARE - our lawn is ruined. Northside PWC mulched our yard on a Friday, including spraying bed edges with vegetation killer. By Sunday morning, my father-in-law noticed our grass was dying in patches and told my husband. When coming home from work Monday, I was shocked by the condition of the yard. The owner Chris Hall said that "someone" had sprayed vegetation killer on the grass and said his team hadn't. We reminded him that we hired him because we don't have time for yard work, and he suggested a rogue family member or neighbor. In doing due diligence we made a police report and reached out to the neighborhood. We received an online note that a neighbor had seen the landscaper spraying the grass while mulching. Later, a neighbor came over who said he does landscaping and confirmed that he saw the landscape team spraying our front grass with a backpack. I confronted owner Chris Hall, and have text messages stating that no one sprayed anything in our yard. My husband contacted Chris and at that time was told that Chris is not responsible, because a man named "Keith" provided the team for the mulching. We told Chris that as Northside PWC is the only company on the invoice, we would not talk to Keith. Chris gave Keith my husband's number anyway and Keith called. He said that our neighbor had seen his guys spraying the bed edges (so, no spraying of anything turned into spraying bed edges) with chemicals. Since the neighbor is a landscaper, he would not be so inexact. I have since spoken with landscape professionals who have visited the yard, who all believe that the spraying in the yard could NOT have been done by a neighbor, unless they spent several hours. They also pointed out to me how the edges of the beds are dead exactly like the front yard. The subcontractor admitted to spraying the bed edges. The dead bed edges showed up the same time and way that the dead areas in the front yard. So, the takeaway is, it's obvious to the police, other landscapers, and neighbors that this landscape company is responsible for the damage done to the yard. Even when confronted with all the evidence, the owner refuses to take responsibility and continuously argues about the timeline of the lawn dying and a statement I made that my mother in law and I did not see them spraying. We have explained that she and I only saw a small part of the work they did, and that we're not sure when the grass started dying, because we weren't in the yard on Saturday. They have refused to make it right in any way. Be forewarned that Northside PWC uses subcontractors, but will not take responsibility for their actions. And even when presented with mounds of evidence that someone on his team made a VERY costly mistake, refuses to see reason or make it right. This is not someone you should trust in your yard.

They did a wonderful job! They cleaned out all of our weeds and trimmed our bushes. Very professional and will hire again!

Easy to schedule and yard does look better.

It went very well. I have a relatively large multi-level yard with beds of flowers and shrubs. The North Side crew left with a large trailer load of fallen twigs, leaves, and other debris accumulated over the winter. My yard and beds looked great and the crew was a pleasure to work with. The men were continuously pleasant, courteous and hard working, and the cost was very reasonable.

It went incredible, Chris is a true professional, extremely friendly and very dedicated. The driveway (17 years old and never cleaned) sparkled and looked brand new when he was finished. Definitely would consider him for any of the services that he engages in from power washing to window cleaning.

North Side Power Washing And Cleaning Company was a pleasure to work with. The staff is very courteous and they are honest about when they can schedule their visits and they keep their appointments. They had to jobs at our house and the made sure they took care of at the same time. They arrived on time, worked super efficiently and we are very satisfied with the the work they did. Also they walked around and showed me all the work they had done and explained what future maintenance work I might want to think about (They were not trying to sell me a service but providing genuine advice). Overall I would highly recommend their services

Excellent! Chris was very responsive and made accommodations to ensure the patio was ready for my daughter's first birthday. I have pressure washed the patio before and it didn't turn out as well as it did when Chris did it. I would definitely recommend North Side PWC.

They got rid of all the leaves and branches, and did the bush/tree trimming I asked. They fulfilled all the terms of the Angieslist offer I purchased, were easy to schedule, and completed the work on time. Not really much else you can ask for.

Chris responded to my request for a quote for fall leaf clean up. I wasn't planning to hire someone for help that season so it was a last minute request. I got a reasonable quote very quickly and Chris did the work within 48 hours. Very professional and responsive. He'll be my first (and only) call for my spring clean up!

They did an awesome job! After the power washing our home looked 100% better! We couldn't believe the improvement! Their snow plowing services are also excellent. They are there when needed and do a great job plowing the drive and sidewalks we will definitely use them next year!

All I can say is ABSOLUTELY PLEASED BEYOND BELIEF! At the time I 1st contacted Chris I was hesitant that he would be just another contractor who could care less, and try to do as little as possible for a ridiculous amount and be unreliable like I have had from others in the past when I did hear from him he was not only 15 min early so he could prep his equipment needed, he was polite, and wanted to make sure the job was done right and I was satisfied, before leaving!
