Rain One Irrigation & Drainage Systems

In he middle when it came to their bid with other contractors. After a misunderstanding of who's fault it was they crammed me into their schedule and got the work done a day before I was suppose to leave town for 2 weeks other wise my flowers would have died. Very knowledgeable. Great job.

They gave me a time frame between 9-11 and showed up at 2:45. He went around and checked everything but never told me what he actually did. There was just a lack of communication throughout.

I had three companies quote the job and I selected Rain One primarily because I also use them to annually service my irrigation system. Their cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates. But I was focusing on quality and my concerns for working around my irrigation system. I was very pleased with the work. The work was completed per the estimate. Jeff was very professional, courteous, and gave me two different quotes, based upon the thickness of the drain pipe.

Everything went well. The job was completed within two days; yard and landscaping was all put back together very well. I am extremely happy with the system which was installed. Jeff returned to walk through the system with me and explained the operation in detail. Excellent company to work with!

I was worried about disturbing existing plants, and they planned accordingly. The irrigation was for an acre of land we have. They did a very good job of explaining what they were doing. Everything was planned out and tested, they were very careful to not hurt the roots of major plants.

The person arrived right on time, and we were charged in the mail. We were able to use an Angie's list coupon as well. We were very pleased with the service.

After no help from our previous irrigation company, I called Rain One after checking Angie's List and seeing their vehicles in our neighborhood. They sent George out the same week. He thought our problem was the booster pump. When he left it was still leaking a bit. I called the after hours line and the company owner stopped by on his way home from work to fix the problem. Booster pump was replaced. George was very friendly and polite. We are now using Rain One for all our irrigation needs.

They were excellent!!! Both times the technicians listened to me, completed the work thoroughly, and were polite and professional.

George was very through and took the time to explain everything to me. He was on time, polite, worked 2 hours to get it up and running, taught me how to use it, and replaced several wires, heads, and hoses damaged by other contractors. Rhonda was friendly to deal with, responsive to calls and concerns. Phone calls were promptly returned and they were responsive to our scheduling needs. I will use them again for shut down and start up.

I called this company to receive a written estimate for an irrigation system. The company was timely in their response. The representative that responded to my house was very personable and answered all of my questions. The written estimate was a little pricey. I chose to hire another reputable company that had a more reasonable price and excellent service.

We had called a plumber to our home after finding a slow draining downspout. The plumber found Rain One had accidently burrowed through the drain pipe while installing our irrigation system. Rain One was quick to come out to repair the broken pipe and covered the cost of the plumber. We have had great response and service with Rain One and would highly recommended them.

Although there was a heavy downpour for much of the day, they proceeded with the work. Mud was tracked in the garage and in the house, including up the basement wall into the crawlspace. I provided 2 buckets, neither was used and the basement carpet under the plumbing was soaked. The pipe-laying tractor slipped and skidded in the rain, tearing up the grass and creating mats of mud and grass that suffocated patches of grass. The workers left stones as large as my fist, plastic bands, wires and trash such as candy wrappers on the lawn and in the garage. They left misplaced sod, roots sticking up out of the ground, and holes as deep as 6 inches along tracks where wires and waterlines were placed. I spent 3 hours cleaning indoors and out, and repairing the lawn. The manager (Jeff Schmidt) saw the lawn holes and the small bag of trash I had collected. He knocked $160 off the price and, after 2 weeks, workers returned, filled the holes and seeded.

Job 1: THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AS THEY WENT ALONG. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB, AND WE PLAN TO USE THEM FROM NOW ON. Job 2: Rain One staff are always professional and quick to respond to a repair. While trimming weeds in the back yard I accidentally cut the electrical wires to the irrigation system, causing us to be without access to water for the lawn for several days. Rain One arrived when they said they would, repaired the line and even changed a sprinkler head after I left a note asking if they could check it out for us. They winterized our system in 2005 and turned it on for us in May of 2006. We've had excellent experiences with them and hope to be long term customers.

They got the job done quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and allowed me to use the AL coupon after the job. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone!
