They did pretty good. They missed some stuff so I called them again and they came right out and fixed it. They did a pretty good job. I would use them again.

They are very responsive and they do a very good job. We have never had any problems with them. They are always on time.

we had just installed a new sump pump system but something was still not allowing the water to flow to the street. Called RainOne, they came, used their drain inspeciton camera. This provided the location of the clog, it was a tree root. The replaced 25ft of pipe..did an excellent job. Clean up was wonderful...and you can not tell the dug in our yard. I highly recommend this company.

On time, very professional, they did A quality work.

There was a little back and forth to get the routing of the drains completed, but after working with customer service, the problem was resolved. Once the planning was done, everything went well. I was very impressed with the replacement of the landscaping/grass.

After this extensive work, we could not even find a muddy place to give away all of the work done ! The crew was prompt, professional, and did this job in a few hours that I had had 3 other recommended providers out to estimate over the last 18 months (none had even responded with a quote; I think the project and equipment required may have been too specialized for them.). We will use this company again!

They were punctual, courteous, responsive to questions/suggestions, and helpful in installing other conduit that we needed for the garden. I would definitely use this company again.

We have had problems with our sump pump since 2010. We've had three plumbers out and have spoken with several other plumbers, none of whom could fix the problem. Rain One came and quickly fixed the problem. They ran a camera through our pipes and found that one was smashed and another was not connected properly. This caused the water to come back in and the pump to run continuously. Everyone else said we needed to replace the sump pump or that the frequent running of the pump was normal. David from Rain One new immediately that the water was running back to the sump pump and that there was a problem with the pipe outside. They fixed the piping and replaced the sump pump and installed a backup sump pump and battery. David said that fixing the pipe would keep it from running continuously. He fixed it at 10 this morning and came back at two to install the new sump pump and it hadn't run at all in that time. Roto Rooter wanted to replace the sump pump and for that and the backup battery they would have charged between $3800 and $6200 when Rain One fixed the problem for $1250. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I was out of town and got a notice from the city that I needed a backflow test done. Lawn One irrigation came out the same day I called so I could get this taken care of.

The system was meant to pump excess rain water out to the curb on the street. The system has worked great since it has been installed and it has managed to handle many severe downpours without issue. For that we are very thankful. We did have a few issues with Rain One with regard to responsiveness to our phone calls and questions regarding payments, estimates and installation time periods. We were often promised phone call returns that we did not always receive. When we were able to get hold of them they were very professional and very happy to talk with us and answer our questions but we would have preferred a little more punctuality on their part. If their services are required in the future we would not hesitate to use them again.

A+++ I'd highly recommend these guys. They came out on-time and finished on-time six hours later. Very professional. Good workmanship. One of my main motivations was that I knew that the project could possibly damage irrigation system lines. By hiring a company that specializes in irrigation systems -and- drain tile replacement, I didn't have to worry that one project would lead to another. Along the way, only one line was cut and they were able to replace it. When plumbing near the backflow device failed, they diverted a staff plumber from another job to come fix my issue, and they were still able to finish in one day, even with that major issue. I also hired them on an annual program to do the irrigation, backflow inspection and winterization. It is less expensive to buy the bundled services through these guys than to purchase them ala carte, as I was before. I originally discovered these folks on Angie's List and was very happy with the final outcome. Honestly I wouldn't bother calling anyone else. It's one-stop shopping, great service.

It was a pretty average service. Since then they've always been very responsive to any problems. They come out very quickly to check any problems. The job was fine, the irrigation was fine. They do follow up every year and they open and close every year and that's always fine.

I like them. They are very professional when I make appointments. Their website is very well done. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to get an appointment, but it’s usually within a couple of weeks. They are prompt. They come when they say they are going to come. They pretty much turn my system on and off at this point because I had it installed by them a few years ago. It’s like a regular maintenance, but they are very professional. Their price is fair. If one is going to have the system installed, I would recommend them to talk to them specifically about where the property lines are and where they would want the irrigation heads. They had installed mine a little bit over the property lines and in my garden bed, they have installed it a little close to the sidewalk. If they had asked me, I would have got it done a little bit differently. I would continue to use them in the future.

The work was done well in a timely manner

Arrived 4 hours late because worker forgot about the appointment at 8 a.m. Called him at 9 to find out why he hadn't shown up. Was pleased with the work, information, and suggestions provided. Was very pleased with the experience and the truthfullness.

The tech originally thought the entire pipe run needed to be replaced. But he did due dilegence and discovered only a small portion was blocked, saving me a lot of money. He had a team on site within an hour to do the repair. I highly recommend this company.

March 2011: Called the company to get an estimate on drainage along side the house to prevent water from coming in. I called them and left a VM but did not hear back for over a week or so. Had to call them again to see if they would be interested in the job. When I asked if they could come to the house after we got off work, the guy seemed reluctant to do so but then set it up for 5:30 PM. When he came out, he didn't even come inside the house to see where the water was coming in. He just looked at the outside of the house where the problem was and said that we needed a French Drain. When I asked if that was a permanent solution, was told it would last 8-10 years. When I asked him for something that was more permanent and wouldn't have to be redone down the road, he looked at me blankly and again said that they could do a French Drain. It was obvious that he didn't want to be there and that he even commented at one point that this was the "last job of the day" and he would be glad when the day was over. He said he would email me the estimate in a day or so. I had to call to ask about that as well several days later. When he did e-mail me, the estimate was reasonable --- $1000.00. But because the solution was not permanent and because of his overall attitude and lack of timely follow-through, we went with another company to deal with the drainage problems.

I decided to add and relocate a couple of Sprinkler heads. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Rob was my service engineer and did a great job fixing everything. The lawn was placed back after his work and you could not tell that it was worked on. I truly feel that this company cares about its customers. Because of my experience, I have signed up for the annual service contract where Rain 1 will manage and care for my irrigaiton system. Highly recommend this company.

There is a reason Rain One gets the 2010 Consumers Award and I'm glad I called them. Another "rooter" company that has a C listing on Angies List checked my drains at the curb after being called out by my neighbor. They informed us that 2 of the 3 of our drainage pipes were collapsed and would need to be completely replaced at a cost of $4,700. Before spending that type of money we contacted Rain One. David came out with the camera found 3 trouble spots, replaced all the pipe areas that needed it and only cost me approx $360. A lot cheaper than $4700. Good honest people and company.

We ended up choosing another company to install the sprinkler system because of the difference in price.

The Rain One rep. went through the various problems we were having and told us what they would do to alleviate the problems, step by step. All of the work was done on time and very professionally. They took the time to show me what was being done and why. We used them again a couple of years later to extend the irrigation system when we put in some new landscaping. All of the work was very well done. We now use them every year for winterization, repairs, etc. This is an excellent company.

They came promptly on the day that they promised to install. However, it took over 6 months to receive a map of the sprinklers. We are still working with them to provide optimal irrigation to all parts of the yard. The service provider who comes has been very pleasant.

The price was reasonable. I haven't had any issues.

It went well--completed as scheduled, at price I was quoted.
