Description of Work: There were many things in the quote that were not done because the techs said parts were not what was needed, just silicone to lubricate the tracks to make it easier to open the windows.I still paid almost the full amount of the quoted costs, but am finding it harder again to open the windows treated that way.Great quality screens that were made and excellent job replacing glass and argon in over-sized picture window.

Description of Work: Wester Window was a pleasure to deal with. They were always available to answer questions and got back to us in a very timely manner. They replaced a fogged window pane on one slider and repaired a stop rail and trim on another window. We will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for old fashioned customer service and professionalism.

THEN WE TRIED TO SET UP A TIME FOR THEM TO COME OUT, AND THERE WERE NO EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. SO I ASKED HER IF THIS MEANT THAT I HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK, AND SHE SAID YES. ON THE INFORMATION I WAS GIVEN ABOUT THEM IT SAYS, OPERATING HOURS, 8-6 MON -FRI, 9-2 ON SAT. SO, IM NOT SURE WHO THIS GIRL WAS, BUT SHE NEEDS SOME WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE YOUNG MAN WE TALKED TO AT THE NARI SHOW, WAS VERY NICE AND WE WERE EXCITED TO HAVE HIM COME OUT. THE GIRL I TALKED TO BASICALLY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT HELP ME. Description of Work: I HAD A GENTLEMAN COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE ON 5 GLASS REPLACEMENTS AS WELL AS TO HAVE 4 SETS OF DOUBLE HUNG WOOD WINDOWS MADE. HE DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED IN THE JOB AT ALL. HE DID NOT COME RIGHT OUT AND STATE THIS. HOWEVER, HIS BODY LANGUAGE CONVEYED THE FACT THAT HE DID NOT WISH TO COMPLETE THE WORK.
