Service Provider ResponseI did call and apologize and offered to reschedule, but the homeowner declined. I did in fact have to run to Cleveland Hts to meet a inspector who rescheduled on me at the last minute, I was in a catch22 situation. We are still willing to come out and look st the project.

We took care of all your issues, I personally was there numerous times, I don't appreciate being called a liar, I am not, I am a professional. I called you and said the traffic was to bad to get off your exit and rescheduled the appointment, what is wrong with that. You have a beautiful bathroom, why don't you post some pictures of it if you think the work is so bad. I care about all my customers and bent over backwards trying to please you, but you are impossible to please.
Service Provider Response[Member Name Removed], As you know we took care of all the problems you mentioned, I explained to you and your mother , the stress crack was a normal occurrence, when taking out wall and putting in a beam. The flickering light was caused by the wrong light bulb! I told you to get some led's and that would solve the problem, while I was there , I swapped out the other bulbs and put in led's in the other fixture. The gfci outlet did what it was supposed to do, turn off if a faulty appliance is plugged into it, toasters do go bad, especially if they are over 20 years old. I did the plumbing under the sink myself, I have never had anything come apart on me, remember we did your kitchen, did the plumbing come apart? I asked your Mother very politely if any of the kids were playing under the sink, I'm not saying that caused the problem , but I believe that is what happened, its just odd that it would happen twice. I admit the job took longer than expected, but you did add on installing 2 entrance doors along with storm doors. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional problems, we guarantee our work for 3 years. .
Service Provider ResponseI did in fact postpone the job, but it was the Saturday before the start date. I explained that we were behind and I needed to reschedule, I gave them a tentative start date of the week of Oct 26th, we didn't sign a contract, we didn't take a deposit, it was all tentative. My daughter was getting married the week before and I wasn't sure if we would be able to start. Sometimes life gets in the way of business, the morning after the wedding I was informed that my brother was in hospice and didn't have long to live, my family didn't want to spoil the wedding for me. I was already behind on my emails and phone calls,but I chose to be with my brother, he passed away on the 29th. I do apologize for not getting back to them, but family is more important to me, hopefully they will understand that, I assumed that they would have figured out something was wrong,I always respond to emails and phone calls, we did work for these people previously and they gave us all A's
