We were very pleased with the timeliness, the professionalism, and especially the workmanship of the job. The team doing the work from demolition to final details and installations was prompt, courteous and meticulous. The job started and completed as it was scheduled. In the minor change orders that we included, LoGrasso was very amenable. (In one instance when a change order in flooring resulted in a decrease of job price, the agreed amount was reduced from the job...no hassle). From selection of high quality products, and color coordination, the team assisted our choices but did not push. Suggestions were given and reasons were given for every aspect of the job, We were first attracted to the company at the NARI home improvement show. The number of credentials and recognitions by that organization exceeded any others in the show's brochure. Other companies looked "glitzy" but your display and conversation demonstrated that these guys knew what they were doing and were confident that could meet out standards. After hearing horror jobs about kitchen remodeling, we were so happy to find a company that fir all of the characteristics we wanted for a contractor working in their home: professional, clean, knowledgeable, punctual and, most importantly, honest! We will update with photos. We were very pleased with the process and the product of their work.

The job was very well planned, with minimal disruption to our meal preparation and lives. Work was scheduled to complete kitchen remodel in time for Easter holiday dinner with our family. With new configuration, the kitchen is much easier to work in (I am disabled); the old buckled laminate flooring was replaced with smooth sheet vinyl to facilitate mobility; and the entire kitchen looks bigger and brighter with the new doors and countertops, even though the work was all done within the original footprint. We LOVE our new Kitchen by LoGrasso! It is truly a pleasure to work in this revitalized space. The entire crew was very professional and highly skilled, and actually made is a joy to be living in the middle of a remodel zone for 2 weeks. They turned a 65+ year old kitchen into a refreshed, modern, light-filled place of beauty. I can't thank them enough, or praise their workmanship and work ethic enough. What a pleasure to work with this team!

Ron Lograsso (Kitchens By Lograsso) and his crew did a complete kitchen remodel and electrical upgrade to our 52 year old home in December 2017. As with any big project there were a few surprises once the floor, walls and soffits were opened up and removed. Ron and his craftsmen crew worked with my wife and I to get what we wanted and we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. If you are looking for a contractor that really works hard at making your vision into reality, walks you through the process, is professional, responsible and local, contact Kitchens by Lograsso. Our starting point was the kitchen. It was completely gutted and meticulously built from the floor up.
This was our first experience with a total remodel and thought it would be complete in a few weeks. Ha Ha. There was quite a bit of coordination that needed to take place between meetings to select cabinets, faucets, flooring, knobs etc. There can be a bit of dead space in the time it takes to order to when it actually arrives, such as...flooring, cabinets, countertops etc. A "do" would be to have patience. We were not under any time constraints and no upcoming events.
The folks that worked with the company were cordial and professional. We had our home reappraised after the remodel and the appraiser planted himself in the kitchen and point to all the features he was impressed with.
Lastly, we decided to work with LoGrasso Kitchens after several discussions with our neighbor. They had much more of their home remodeled and were very impressed with their attention to detail.
We are very happy with our remodel and are constantly getting compliments from family and friends.

Excellent work, pricing and value. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Initially did our kitchen cabinets (combination of reface, build new and alter an existing to improve usability) and backsplash; and shortly thereafter, we called back to do another smaller bathroom and other cabinets (reface). Recently placed an order for two more bathrooms (reface, new tile floor, new lighting and other wall cabinets). A kitchen cabinet door showed a small crack - not a huge issue, but a potential down the road concern. They replaced it with no issue or charge, so not only was the work done well, an issue was also handled well and without problem. The fact that we have called them to do a subsequent job, demonstrates our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Great. Timely. Neat. Easy to work with. No surprises in price or time to complete project. Able to go to showroom/shop to choose all fixtures, flooring, vanity. Custom vanity and mirrors were great as our bathroom counter area is not a regular length. Would definitely use again!

Ron, Rick and crew did an excellent job in turning our kitchen into everything we wanted it to be. Both even gave us some suggestions that would enhance our design that we did use. They always cleaned up after their day's work. Quality of their work was excellent. We love our kitchen and would definitely hire again for other jobs.

Kitchens by LoGrasso is a professional renovations company. Ron gave helpful hints about color, tile, appliances, etc. The work went well. They respected my wishes and worked with my overall plan. I would definitely hire them again - as a matter of fact I did. They will soon be renovating two of my bathrooms.

It went perfectly! I needed it done in a quick manner and needed it to look like a million bucks at the same time. Since it was the women's bathroom i could not have it out of commission for long and he understood that and completely surpassed my expectations of the final outcome!! Every day i get compliments about the new and improved bathroom and my regulars where shocked at the quality and quickness of the job.

We have a small kitchen and one cabinet had to be customized. The factory didn't make anything that worked. LoGrasso fabricated just what we wanted. And best of all it was finished before the holidays!

Kitchens by Lograsso is the world’s worsted contractor. My wife and I should have fired them on the very first day, when Ron damaged the family room and laundry room taking out the old cabinets. Second mistake they forgot to cover the hole in the roof when they removed the sinks vent pipe. Luckily, my wife heard the rain flooding into the kitchen. I had to climb on the roof in pouring rain and cap it off clean up the mess myself. The real problems did not become known until after the installation of the cabinets. Ron does not know the proper way to hang cabinets, he puts crews through the vanity back of the cabinets. The only function of the backing on the cabinets is for looks, and is not thick enough to hold the cabinets up on the wall. As you can see in the pictures most of the screws went right through the Back of the cabinets (very unsafe). The Certified carpenter I had in to inspect the job recommended I have the cabinets taken down and rehung with the screws in the top and bottom of the cabinet where the solid piece of wood is located. By the way, I found three mistakes they tried to cover up, hiding it behind one of only a few shelves they placed inside the cabinets (Wonder why!!!). The picture is the screw going through a hole they made through the back of the cabinet and was hidden behind the shelf. The other picture is a big screw hole covered up by a piece of wood. We had to stop Lograsso brothers when my wife found out they ordered the wrong size cabinets over the stove top, they ordered a 30 inch cabinet to fit a 36 inch hood. He also ordered the wrong size and type of garbage can cabinet (we ordered the one with electronic opener on it. We also discussed all the issues related to damages to the cabinets during installation. He tried to blame craft maid, But a good contractor looks over the cabinets and removes any broken ones before and after installation. Ron refuses to replace them. He was ignoring his mistake and cover them up. His brother used puttie to fill in damaged areas, but used the wrong color. One cabinet they spit the front away from the frame and drilled through the cabinet behind the door while installing the handles. We agreed to Vanier skins to cover up some of the mistakes, but should have just had Ron replace them. Some of the cabinets he agreed to replace especially the ones that were the wrong size and several that were severely damaged. Since then we discovered the two damaged cabinets they tried to cover the holes. While waiting for the Replacement cabinets I found the water line was leaking, damaging the bottom of the sink cabinets. I called Ron, sadly no answer or an appearance from him. I fixed it myself again! Another cabinet becomes a piece of junk, Ron’s answer I will put a piece of plywood over it, making us except more used broken cabinets. About three month goes by and the replacement cabinets come in minus two. I call Ron on Friday to let him know and ask when he is coming to restart, we don’t get a response until the following Thursday. He says he will be there on Monday. Ron is a no show for 6 more weeks. The response was he is busy on another job and cannot be in two places. Ironically, he went missing for a week after a few days on the job because another (lady) was not happy with his Job and rarely was two workers on the job and one time working only a few hours and leaving. Ron, finally makes plans to show up that Monday and wanted to meet with us that morning to review the problems. I took off work only to sit and wait all morning, I had to call him. I know he was not going to come if I had not call him, his excuse was he got tied up with something at the show room. Ron came alone not ready to work, because it takes two people to hang cabinets. Ron stated he would not be there Tuesday because of a funeral.. Ron stated he would remove the garbage can cabinet by himself that day. we came home to see a half installed cabinet and two more cabinet facing scratched. Seven days later Ron or his brother still did not show up to work, this was over 4 months with no process on the job. We decided to fire him on 10/30 and his crew for poor workmanship, damage to other parts of the home, and not finishing the job in a timely manner 4 month long enough. Even with the promise to fix thing we have no confidence, he could do the job right. Detailed work like veneering skins to cover mistakes, seems too much of delicate job. Finish work is not these two strong points. Lastly, he did not order the replacement cabinets and skins right away, the meeting took place on first week in a August. The order date was on the invoice that was delivered with the replacements showed that he did not place the order until August 22nd. we were not a top priority or he did not have any of our money left to place the order. We have ask for a refund and will have to take him to court. After the meeting with the summit county inspector. Ron was required to pull a permit and does not have a bond to work in summit county. The wiring job is not up to code and has to be redone. I have filed complaint with The National association of the Remodeling Industry where he was recommended. We started over with a new contractor, ripped everything out, this contractor knows how to hang cabinets, can’t see one screw, and no damage to any cabinet on install, crown molding fits Ron’s measurements off 5 inch molding cannot fit in a 2 inch space, plus the lighting was to close the molding would have over lapped , plumbing and electric done right and safe with new contractor. New contractors name Dave Hodous he is the best ever, you can get his number from carter lumber Solon.

Lograsso did my kitchen about 12 years ago. The door hinges were not working correctly. Ron came out this morning, replaced the hinges and did not charge me! I still love my kitchen, love the quick service, and would hire again.

Ron Lograsso is a top notch professional contractor who cares about his customers. I had the kitchen and powder room completely remodeled. From the very first day I met him I was impressed and knew he was a contractor I could work with. He had the quote done when he said he would. I met with him at his show room and he gave me all the time I needed to make my selections. He gave suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted. The contract was very clear and concise. They were a couple days late starting the job due to finishing up another job then an unforeseen problem they had to attend to. Ron kept me informed so I had no problem with the slight delay. I can't say enough about Ron and Rick. Ron told me he's a working contractor and he certainly is. Some days he was right there along side Rick tearing out the old kitchen, putting in the new cabinets and counters. They worked quietly with no loud music blasting, spoke softly to each other, and there was never any profanity if something was not going well. They were clean, polite and professional. Rick did do most of the work by himself when the more involved two person components of the job were done. Neither Ron nor Rick had any problem with me asking questions or inspecting their work as they went along. If I found something that needed to be adjusted, fixed etc., Rick was more than happy to take care of the problem. The job was completed about a week ahead of schedule. I am very happy with the quality of work done by Kitchens By Lograsso. I will not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. If we need work done in the future, I now know who to call.

many problems along the way and Ron Lograsso did not come out to see the problems. He sent another person to fix the problems: light fixture hanging loose with bear wires in wall, light switch jumped out of wall, closet door would not close because it was not put back properly and the hinge was broken. Also we were not given any information on the items that were installed. Ron was called again and told us he would be out on Wed. at 9;00am. He called at 9:15 and said the traffic was bad so he didn't come. Instead he went to another job. He is a LIAR, LIAR, LIAR.. The grout is coming out of the floor tile. The exhaust fan does not work properly. Also the paint job was terrible. He doesn't care how the work gets done. There were other problems like the floor tile being higher at the entrance of the bathroom and you could trip going in. That was fixed but I had to tell them it was dangerous. The old clothes shoot door (he told us it would be sanded and would look like new but you could still see the old green paint. It was installed with 6 sharp screws that stuck out of the wall and could easily ruin my clothes and cut my hand. I removed the piece of junk and ordered a new door which he said the door was not made anymore. He just did not care.

"I'm sorry we couldn't please you [Member Name Removed], nobody can, you are the most miserable person I have ever met in my career. We took care of all your issues, I personally was there numerous times, I don't appreciate being called a liar, I am not, I am a professional. I called you and said the traffic was to bad to get off your exit and rescheduled the appointment, what is wrong with that. You have a beautiful bathroom, why don't you post some pictures of it if you think the work is so bad. I care about all my customers and bent over backwards trying to please you, but you are impossible to please."

I am writing this review because I got on Angie's list to look for contractors to get estimates to redo several significant parts of my kitchen that was just completely redone 4 years ago. When I saw Lograsso on this page I felt compelled to tell my experience. The estimated time for the work was 4 weeks and the written contract said 4-5 weeks. I finally gave up on trying to get anything else corrected, signed off and paid them after 13 weeks. At the time of closing this contract I knew the cabinet height was an inch higher than the signed off design of the standard 36 inches --- I am very aware of this because I am short and this is not ergonomic. I also knew at that the counter tops where not done right for a slide in stove and it was patched together to put it in --- this was after I told Ron at the time of the contract that I would be purchasing a slide in stove and then asked them twice during the work process if they needed any specs or other information about the stove. On the day the guy showed up to install the stove he said "I didn't know you were getting that kind". The counter top has open areas loosely filled in with caulk and there is a gap between the cabinet and stove that food falls into and I can't get to to clean. After calling them back to get the dishwasher working because if was not originally plumbed in right, to redo the dryer vent because it was obstructed and get them to redo the microwave shelf because it was sized and placed wrong, and other issues as well as their access to my house for 13 weeks, I gave up. The paint job is the worst I have ever seen. The walls are not smoothed before painting in two areas, the shade of the top cabinets is not the right shade of the color I specifically selected and the finish is dull and will not clean easy. In addition, some of the paint began to peel off within weeks ---- I inquired with Sherman Williams about the type of paint used and they insisted this would only have happen if the surface was not primed properly. I called the National Remodelors association about formal complaints but gave up because the resolution process required me to work through it with Ron and I just couldn't deal with him anymore. I did not write an Angie List review at that time for the same reason. Now four years later, the paint on my lower cabinets is scratched and nicked and they need at least to be repainted--- that, of course won't fix the height and stove problem. I have a handyman scheduled to come repair a pantry drawer --- the second one that has had to be redone AND I found out last week that the range hood was installed improperly and likely was just blowing the exhaust into my attic all along. I had the roof redone and they put in a roof cap, it is now leaking around the sides of the cabinet letting cold air from the attic in and blowing insulation down from the attic if I turn it on.

The job was supposed to be done with 2 -3 weeks and it took much longer. Then the plumbing under the sink came apart twice and water has leaked into the bottom of the cabinets and through to the floors and even tot he outside of the house. The light in the kitchen flickers and dims almost out when the dishwasher is run. The one new plug blew out a new toaster (my mom was told it waas the toaster). The floor boards in the attic were never put back down after they worked on the electricity. There is a stress crack in the sofit. We have called, emailed and text multiple times (because the response is so slow) and every time someone comes out they don't seem to know what work needs to be done. It has been approximatley 10 months since they started the work. My family wants to contact an attorney.
Response from KITCHENS BY LOGRASSO
"[Member Name Removed], As you know we took care of all the problems you mentioned, I explained to you and your mother , the stress crack was a normal occurrence, when taking out wall and putting in a beam. The flickering light was caused by the wrong light bulb! I told you to get some led's and that would solve the problem, while I was there , I swapped out the other bulbs and put in led's in the other fixture. The gfci outlet did what it was supposed to do, turn off if a faulty appliance is plugged into it, toasters do go bad, especially if they are over 20 years old. I did the plumbing under the sink myself, I have never had anything come apart on me, remember we did your kitchen, did the plumbing come apart? I asked your Mother very politely if any of the kids were playing under the sink, I'm not saying that caused the problem , but I believe that is what happened, its just odd that it would happen twice. I admit the job took longer than expected, but you did add on installing 2 entrance doors along with storm doors. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional problems, we guarantee our work for 3 years. ."

You couldn't ask for better service. Came out and did the measurement and walked us through everything ..
Went to the office and walked through all granite choices. Patiently explained what we were getting with each choice and what it would take to install.
Rick came out ... really nice person ... went about his work .. spread out tarp to protect the floor and made a very little mess. Did a very nice job setting the small tile for the backsplash ..
When the large granite slabs came, they blended the seams well .. made it look easy..
The granite place cut the granite piece wrong and go notified right away .. They worked with us to come out and get the fix installed..
A couple leaks and a a support that got in the way of one of the drawers ... and I have some very nice granite in the house.. Rick took time to replace some cracked tile on the floor and it came out just as nice as the countertops ..
I would call on Ron LoGrasso any time.. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to recommend them for any work of this type..

This contractor had done work for us on another home ten years ago on a kitchen remodel and we were very pleased with the quality of work. Also we had the wood floors refinished in our older home and they are still beautiful today.
When we wanted to have work done on the present home there was no question as to who we would hire. We contacted them a year or so ago and discissed the project so they could put us on their calendar, something you must do when a contractor is as busy as they are.
The quality of work is extremely important to me and I want a contractor who is knowledgeable and proud of what they do. They were here almost every day and even on weekends. They consulted us on many items and changed a few plans to better fit our needs. They went out of their way to find the carpet to match the same as we have on the steps to keep the continuity of the pattern. They are a one stop shop if you need carpet, cupboard, flooring of any kind. They bring it to you for selection. They are not a 9-5 Monday thru Friday operation. They were here early and sometimes left at 9pm. They enjoy their job and they are good at it, even have a couple NARI awards to show for their work.
Our home builder was here recently and they were absolutely amazed and very impressed by the quality of work. Actually they couldn't tell where they left off and LoGrasso began. It was seamless . We had some columns cut in half and glued back together and no seam lines are detectible.
I highly recommend LoGrasso. They do more than kitchens and baths, keep that in mind. Experience, knowledgeable and professional quality is what you will get!!!

All I purchased and it still took them 6weeks to perform the job because they never had enough work for his crew on he days they worked at the home But it took them weeks to get my granite cut for the sinks to many excuses and not enough WORK another bath is pending and I m quite sure he won t get a call back.
Response from KITCHENS BY LOGRASSO
"There are several inaccuracies in your members statement. I did tell them the project would take 6 to 8 weeks. We actually finished a little earlier than I quoted them. WE purchased all the material. We also made a custom vanity which set the job back . We never had the design of the vanity until we started the job. Yes , the countertop was delayed, only because it couldn't be templated until the custom vanity was installed. We did this job over 4 years ago, I don't understand the review coming in now. They never expressed any of this when we finished the job."

For us, the 3 reasons we hired a contractor to do our bathroom project were for project design knowledge, quality of work and timeliness of completion. While Ron had several good design ideas, he missed the mark on the other two. The project began as scheduled on July 23, 2013. Day 1, which was demo day, the contractor stopped working for the day before removing the floor tiles. It didn't take long after the project got underway to realize that Ron did not schedule work on our project for more than a few hours at a time. There were many days where no work was done. As the project progressed, there were delays in 1) getting the granite cut, 2) getting the glass cut for the shower, and 3) getting the vanity. It took an entire week to prep a wall to paint. We were told by Ron's tradesman that it takes at least 2 weeks to have the granite cut and a week for the glass. Given those time frames, Ron should have known that the project could never be completed in 2-3 weeks. Since we paid Ron half of the cost in April, there was no reason that the vanity shouldn't have been available at the start of the project. We shouldn't have been told in October that the vanity didn't arrive. In addition to the many, many delays, there were also quality issues (i.e. poor grout lines, paint on the new window frames, split wood around the doorway, water running into the basement from the new shower faucet). The issues were all addressed, but the punch lists of more than 20 items for a small 5x7 bathroom makes you wonder if Kitchens by Lograsso should stick with kitchen projects and pass on bathroom jobs. After this experience, we would not even recommend him for kitchens. At the end of the project when we confronted Ron with the question of "what really happened that this took so long", his answer was "I honestly don't know".
Response from KITCHENS BY LOGRASSO
"Thanks for the advice about sticking to Kitchens but I think we'll continue to do bathrooms,We have won 11 Nari Contractor of the Year awards for our bathroom work!!! And we are up for 2 more awards this year. We do over 25 bathroom remodels a year and everyone is happy. They are a few issues your member forgot to mention. The biggest problem was the backordered vanity faucet. They are the ones that wanted to wait for it. It still wasn't available in December and she decided to keep the temporary faucet. The bathroom was completely usable long before she said it was. As far as my statement about honestly not knowing why things took longer than expected, I don't know why my cabinet supplier didn't order the cabinet when he was supposed to . I have the purchase order dated the day after we signed the contract. My glass supplier did cut one piece of glass wrong, unfortunately it was the piece that had to go in first. I can understand people making mistakes, apparently your member doesn't. Once the tile in the shower was done, we ordered the granite, it did not take any longer then expected to get it cut. We absolutely did not take a week to prep a wall, seriously!!. As far as the 20 item punch list, my guy had it finished in a half a day, and the majority of it was trivial. When I settled up with your member in December, she didn't mention any of these issues to me, I guess its easier to take the cowards way out and make inaccurate statements via your list."
