Couldn't ask for better! Kevin O'Leary was extremely helpful with the original design and layout of the walk. His advice was very sound. He provided an estimate and contract on the same day, which was impressive in itself based on my experience with other contractors. Being dependent on the weather he kept me informed as to when the work would be done (far superior to other contractors I've worked with). He was on site on time and began work immediately. The work was superb, just perfect and exactly as we had agreed on. The work area was left clean and neat as if never disturbed. Kevin is a strong leader with a great team. He will be getting all of my future concrete work and I highly recommend him to anyone else needing concrete work.

Kevin O'Leary and his crew were very professional. They were punctual, hard working, super polite, courteous, conscientious, and clean. From the initial appraisal for services to the day of the installation and the final clean up, O'Leary and crew were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. You couldn't ask for much more. The price was a little bit more than other bids, but I do think it was worth it.

Fantastic!!. Kevin said they would be there at 7:00 A.M. On Monday morning and they were there by 6:30--talk about being on time!! Kevin is very professional and polite!!! Their work is outstanding and they clean up the yard and put back grass and surrounding soil as much as possible. The "crew" worked fast and efficiently. There was no time they were sitting around except when they were waiting for the next cement truck. Theirs is a well oiled machine--to say the least. Neighbors watched as they demolished the driveway, hauled it away, and prepped the land so rain would drain properly. They use lasers to approximate the lay of the land and made sure everything was plumb. It was mesmerizing to watch the efficiency of everyone. Kevin is right in there with his crew driving the Bobcat and directing everything. I can't say enough about their work ethic and ability to do their work efficiently. You can't go wrong hiring O'Leary Concrete Company.

We are very pleased with our decision to use O'Leary Concrete to install our patio. The owner, Kevin, responded to our inquiry and fairly quoted the job in a quick time-frame. The project took two half days to complete - the first day prepping/framing and the second day pouring/finishing. Kevin and his team arrived very early each morning, ready to go. The entire team was friendly, professional, and skilled - each member appearing to have their individual specialty. They did a wonderful job troubleshooting, communicating the plan/any necessary adjustments, and responding to questions before/during/after the project. We were amazed at their speed and efficiency, as well as the quality of the work. Our patio looks great, especially the clean, uniform lines. We look forward to utilizing the space soon!

I called O'Leary Concrete after I had misgivings of an ongoing job with another contractor. Kevin was very responsive in coming out and taking a look at what needed done, and was great with communicating when they were coming out and coordinating around bad weather. It was nice when they would explain what they were doing if I had questions and would show me during the process key things/steps that were ongoing. You can tell by watching them that they are experienced. They also provide helpful tips with taking care of the concrete and my driveway as well. I can't stress enough the importance of doing research and checking the trends of reviews when looking for a service. Also, you pay for what you get. Don't let yourself get pulled into a deal with a company that isn't reputable. Always check them out before you sign anything! You WILL pay for it. Kevin, thanks again for taking care me, much appreciated. I'll be keeping your number in my phone.

The job took two days and went extremely well. Kevin and his crews were extremely knowledgeable and professional, They tore out the old drive and poured about 50% on the first day. On the second day they completed the job. They replaced the small amount of grass that had been disturbed and left the job site very clean. A job well done!.

Keven and his crew, not temporary subs, but his full time employees did a wonderful job. They were punctual, professional, clean, and used no profanity. As a retired truck mechanic I noticed their trucks and equipment were newer, clean, displayed they're company logo and in good condition. (no oil leaks on my driveway) Keven was quick to understand my needs and concerns and put me at ease. His guys were clean, friendly and have excellent work ethics. I enjoyed hanging out with them for a parts of a couple days. If you need any type of concrete work done, these are the guys you want!

Arrived at 7am sharp each day, like they said. Good crew, polite, efficient and organized. Kevin O'Leary communicated exactly what the plan was, asked for any extra comments or requests, then worked on all the prep work the first day. The crew all took pride in their work. Second day was the concrete pouring and finishing. I was very pleased with the quality and the timeliness of the work.

I had hired another concrete guy to do my driveway and it was a complete nightmare and after I refused to give him anymore money, he quit the job. I called Kevin on a Saturday and he immediately returned my call. He originally said that he was booked through October. He said for me to take a picture of the project and all the concrete at the end of my driveway. I think after looking at the complete mess, he decided to come and look at what needed to be done in order to complete my driveway. He came on Monday and gave me a quote. He said that he would fit me in his schedule since I was in a difficult situation. O'Learys came out the following Tuesday and completed the driveway by Wednesday. He had a crew of like 7 men come to my house and they were awesome! Kevin even came out on Wednesday when they poured the concrete to make sure that I didn't have any more issues and that the project got done correctly. My driveway is absolutely beautiful and Kevin was a total lifesaver! I would recommend him and his company to anyone needing concrete work.

Everything went perfectly & according to the contract, which was very impressive to us with a job of this nature. Kevin contacted us ahead of time to confirm that they would be at our place according to schedule. He & his crew arrived just early enough so that the equipment was unloaded and they were all prepared to start right on time. They worked efficiently and cleaned up nicely once the work was completed. The entire crew was professional from start to finish. Our new driveway and sidewalk look great! We have recommended O'leary Concrete to a family member who has already contracted with Kevin for a new driveway & porch to be installed next spring. We would definitely use them again if needed .

We recently purchased an older home that had a questionable back patio. It was sinking and cracked. The step from the patio to the home was also crumbling. We wanted something that looked nice however, our main concern was proper drainage. Kevin and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. Here are the highlights: - If Kevin did not answer the phone, my calls and emails were returned within hours. - The project was started and completed on time - The process was thoroughly explained and we knew exactly what to expect - Our drainage problem was addressed and after the forms were built Kevin and my husband went over the slope and design with a level - All of his crew were promp and professional. If they said they would show up between 6:30 and 7, they were there by 6:15 Overall, they demonstrated expertise and attention to detail throughout the process. The finished product reflects that. We are very happy with our new patio and step.

The contractor arrived on time, on the same date he projected when we signed the contract 2 1/2 months ago. He always returned phone calls within hours. He and his employees were very friendly and courteous, as well as efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing and did an outstanding job. The driveway and walk look even better than we anticipated they would. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had originally hired another concrete company that was absolutely horrible. I refused to give him anymore money until he finished the job so he quit the job. There was a complete mess and I was totally stressed out as a pile of concrete was in my cul de sac. I called Kevin from O'learys on Saturday and he immediately returned my call. I gave him my situation and he said that he was too busy and had more than enough work and was behind already due to all the rain. I thanked him and called another company. Kevin probably called me back in about hour and said he would do my job because he knew I was in a bad situation and all good concrete companies were booked for the next 2 months. He came exactly when he said he would and finished the job in 2 days. He had a team of professional men who were awesome and friendly. My driveway looks awesome and I would recommend Kevin to anyone!! He was a total lifesaver and so easy to deal with. He stayed in constant contact with me and he even came on sight when the concrete was going to be poured even though he was on vacation just to make sure things ran smoothly as he knew how stressed out I was! Good communication beginning with my first contact. Quickly replied to my call and came out just as fast to provide an estimate on the job. Did a great job explaining all the cost components and process. Was able to schedule on a date that worked well for me. Kevin's team was on time, professional, fast, and clean! I'm very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

Called a couple of contractors about replacing our driveway and side walk. We were impressed with the quick personal response on our bid inquiry from Kevin O?Leary . This was a very busy time although he sent someone over to measure the next day and also gave us a date on the calendar. Kevin was very personable. It was going to rain the next day so he showed up on time with around eight guys and said it would be finished by the end of the day! What I observed was professionalism, skill and amazing TEAM WORK! They worked seamlessly together. Everyone had a certain job to do. It was fascinating to watch! Very impressed and very pleased! We would highly recommend them.

My initial contact with Kevin was in the fall of last year. He came out to the property and we discussed ideas, he offered suggestions and came prepared. Later that day I received a written estimate detailing all of the work to be performed. We decided to schedule the project for early spring. In February, Kevin called and we scheduled the project. We called every couple of weeks to give an update on how the weather and other projects were impacting our scheduled date. The project was started within a day or two of our original scheduled date and most importantly, I knew well in advance about any potential changes. He and his crew always arrived on time. This was a large project and when they left...you could not tell they had even been here...other than I have a beautiful patio in my backyard. I receive compliments all the time...Kevin and his crew are very good at what they do...the patio was even more beautiful than I could imagine and he has been a pleasure to work with...I would and have definitely recommended him to a number of people and would use him again.

Kevin and his team did a fantastic job. Kevin provided initial design direction, with clear communication throughout the entire process. There were no surprises and all requirements were met on his part. We now have a fantastic patio that we have been using all summer long and look forward to many long years of enjoyment. Kevin has been very responsive from the first time I reached out to get a quote through the entire project. He kept us informed of how the project would go, and kept us updated due to weather as the project got started until completion. Kevin and his crew were very friendly, worked great together and completed the job as described and planned. The patio looks great, and we're glad we did it over a large deck. We would recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work.

The drivway and front sidewalk had settled in places at least a couple of inches. I think we had rabbits living under our front porch, the gap was that big. They showed up at 6:00 on the start day. They went straight to work. Some of the concrete was 14" thick, which they said was the cause of the settling. They said the most important part in pouring concrete is to make it a uniform thickness. They had the concrete removed, forms installed, grading, and rebar installed and were done for the day by 12:00. The second day, they also arrived at 6:00. The first concrete truck arrived around 6:15. I went up to get ready for work, and when I came back down, they had the driveway mostly poured, with the front sidewalk and porch left to do. Every person who works for Kevin are very knowledgable, professional and are hard workers. I think there were maybe 7 people here the first day, and maybe 9 for the second day. Their work is perfect. They had planned on installing a drain across the driveway, but after measuring with a laser, they said I had sufficient grade to not need the drain, saving $400. They are very honest, and don't try to give you stuff that you don't need. I really liked that about O'Leary concrete. I had planned on doing the garage floor also, but Kevin was concerned that there would be an upcharge (in the contract, there is potential upcharge for concrete thickness over 8") and he was probably correct. He did not think that I would be happy with the upcharge, so did not want to do the garage. I will have him requote and maybe schedule to complete the garage floor next year. The garage floor had settled as well. I will use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
