Professional on time, friendly service.Would use again,hopefully I won't have to.

Issue was resolved and the repairman was professional but 100.00 for 10 minutes is pretty steep.

He was quick, very economical and even fixed another issue we were having. He did great work and I would highly recommend. I will use to replace our old opener in next couple of months.

The company was fast - I setup the project on Saturday, received a call a few minutes later and they were available on Sunday morning. The repairman assessed the issue and did the repair work in a few minutes to replace the spring. However, their customer service could use some work. The repair seemed rushed - his ladder dinged the corner of my wall pretty hard and his demeanor could use some polish. While I appreciate the quickness, my project didn't require it so there was no need for rushing.

They were excellent. They had good customer service. They came early and will keep using them.

Repairman arrived within one hour of our placing the request through HA; that's 9:00PM ! He assessed the issue and offered to perform the work on the spot. He was courteous, knowledgeable and had the work done within one hour; price was very reasonable - the whole transaction was pretty amazing. Highly recommend.

Five Star Garage Doors came out within 3 hours of calling them. They solved the problem quickly and were very professional. The charge was EXTREMELY reasonable. I am VERY SATISFIED with there service and would recommend them to anyone in need of garage doors or service.

Called Five Star and they were out to my house within an hour. They replaced the springs in my garage door and did a great job. When the technician got done, he even disconnected the opener and pulled it up half way manually to make sure that it was balanced well enough that it would stay there all by itself. That's the way I was taught it should be. My wife even commented that the garage door was a LOT quieter opening and closing than it had been in years. Great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with the service. Customer service is outstanding.

My garage door was misaligned & the coils were wound too tight. Not only was the repair man here within 15 mins of the earliest quoted time, he was done within 30 minutes. He offered some advice on additional maintenance but in no way pressure me to get it done on the spot.

My garage door broke leaving my car locked inside. I filled out the on-line form. The company called about 2 minutes after I sent the request. It was 10:30pm on Friday night. He scheduled to arrive between 8-10 am Saturday morning. Mike arrived at 8:40am Saturday morning. He diagnosed the problem as a broken main spring. He quoted me a reasonable price and completed the job by 9:30 am. I was highly impressed with the company and even more impressed with HomeAdvisor.thiscwas my first time using the service and I highly recommend it.
