Every family needs a "tree guy" and we now have ours. Kustom Trim accomplished the nearly impossible in a professional and timely manner. We'll use them again for sure.

Work was fine and pricing was very good. Communication was poor. They said they would give me a day or two notice before they came. Gave me 1 hour notice at 7:00 AM. Stump removal guy hadn't showed in 9 days so I had to call them back. When he did show , gave no notice at all.

They are courteous and professional. Returned calls quickly.

They are very safe and knowledgeable. Trimmed and relived some very large and difficult trees.

They were quick to respond, came out and gave an estimate quickly, showed up when they said they would, removed the tree and cleaned up well. There was a slight issue with the neighbor's tree. They came back quickly and fixed the issue. It was a good experience.

I had a large tree cut and the stump taken out as well. Great job and cleaned up the yard after when I did not need it. In other words saved me a lot of time and it did not look like a mess. I will recommend Travis and his team to anyone.

Follow up was very good. Provided an estimate over the phone and completed the work very quickly for stump grinding, filling in with dirt and dropping grass seed and straw. They filled in ruts from another contractor's work for a little extra $. I didn't need to be there for the work to be completed and I was able to send payment in the mail which was very convenient with my work schedule.
