Description of Work: Had me do some troubleshooting prior to their arrival on my dishwasher. They discovered that my control panel was causing the problems. They were able to order one and bring it with them to the service call. This saved two trips and labor/travel cost to me. |Very professional and priced very reasonable. I will call them for future repairs.

Description of Work: We called Eastside Maytag to repair our clothes dryer one week and then to repair our washing machine a bit later. Both times Scott did the work and both times we were very pleased with the prompt services provided by Eastside Maytag. We feel their prices were quite reasonable.

Description of Work: They were able to come and repair my gas oven the day after I called them. The repairman was prompt, courteous and very efficient. He even brought a spare pair of shoes to change into upon entering our home! Nice touch! I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Description of Work: A repair was made to eliminate noise coming from washer when spinning. They ordered the replacement part after identifying the problem, and installed it. Nice company to deal with. The receptionist was very helpful and responsive. The fix worked.

Description of Work: We have a 30-year-old Maytag dryer that stopped heating up. We don't want a new dryer that will last maybe 10 years. Eastside fixed that but then the timer would not work which they also fixed. All in all, it cost about $400, but we hope to have it 30 more years. I was afraid that fixing one problem would create or uncover others which is what happened and it was expensive all in. But I don't fault Eastside. They were always professional on the phone and in our home, on time, often coming in a day or two even when they had to order old parts. I recommend them.

Cleaned coils, etc. Gave me some useful tips about appliance I did not know, as well as recommendation for water filter replacement. Only services certain brands of appliances. When mentioned type of new washer I was considering, it did not fall under their umbrella.

Description of Work: Dryer was not heating/ drying. I was called at 8:30 am the morning of scheduled appointment and given the time he would be here, within a 2 hour window. Serviceman was on time, worked quickly and neatly. Replaced 2 parts. Dryer is working well.
