My wife and I recently moved into a new home, and the yard needed quite a bit of tree work done. Luckily Northeastern Tree Care was recommended, and we had the pleasure of working with Nick, Vinny and their team. They were *very* professional, courteous and efficient, and they were thorough from the initial consultation all the way through to their trememdous day of tree work. They got to work right on time, were armed with some pretty substantial equipment, and were careful at removing and trimming our trees without damange to our yard. Their stump grinding was excellent, and the areas were left clean and tidy. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, and we appreciated their expertise and dedication to doing the job right. These guys are great people, and we highly recommend Northeastern to anyone who has big work to be done on their trees.

Tim came out and gave me great advise about my trees and put me in touch with the right people to do the job since they don’t do tree removal.

I honestly hate to leave bad reviews, but Jeff is absolutely the worst business owner that could be running this company. We hired North Eastern tree care for 4 mosquito and tick treatments for our (almost) half-acre property. May, July, Aug, October treatments. Total with tax, $614. The first treatment was done in early may. They never came in July and came 2x in august. That was it. They just never showed up for the final treatment. I called and spoke to the owner, Jeff, on Nov 1 and he offered to give us a credit for next season. I told him I wanted a refund instead and he said ok. Fast forward a month, no refund yet, and Jeff refuses to call me back or talk to me on the phone. Now, 3 days straight, they are not answering my calls anymore. So now, I will file a claim with my credit card, and warn others to look elsewhere for their property needs. I have no problem discussing further with anyone that wants more info. Edit: Shortly after I left a comment on their social media page, I got an email from Jeff basically blaming me because I refused for them to come in November. I hired them for mosquitos, the tick treatments were just an add on. So if I hired them for October, it is a waste of my money for a mid to late November treatment. 2 of the 4 treatments hired were not done satisfactorily. So, if you feel like wasting half your money, hire these guys.

We are completely satisfied with the lawn service. Everything was fully explained before service began. No over promising. The timing of each visit as well as any need to reschedule were clearly communicated. The proof of the service quality is already apparent in the great improvement in our lawn at the end of one season.

They explained what the issue was with the tree and performed necessary remediation promptly. However, they showed up only few days later than when I wanted them to come over. By the time they showed up, the bee activity had diminished! But still I liked their service!

With wind conditions for most of week, work had to be delayed...through no fault of theirs. In and out of here in 15 to 20 minutes. Spraying is very quick.

They contacted me right away and provided a very reasonable price for the job (fertilizing my lawn). In fact, the original price was based on my estimate of my property being one acre. Ken did his research online and found that the area to be treated is less than one acre so he lowered the price. I was impressed by Ken's honesty, integrity and professionalism. Not to mention he was very pleasant and friendly. I will absolutely be hiring them for all of the my lawn care needs. Don't hesitate to hire them - highly recommended! Thanks very much!

They responded quickly to my request in Home Advisor and they followed up with several calls informing me when they would be coming out to inspect my tree.

Called North Eastern tree care and explained my hickory trees symptoms. Sen5 their arborist to examine all my large trees and recommended a course of action. Applied a antibiotic to the infected tree and gave all 13 la deep root feeding. Time will tell! Cost about $1800 to treat all my trees and shrubs. Would use them again.
