Needed to replace a very large front window (5'x4'), informed at the store that since it is only one window, a base price would have to be charged. That price was agreed upon. Also needed a estimate done for a pitched roof over a door entrance. (History: window has never been replaced since my dad has lived in the home over 62 yrs, the roof has had shingles put over, but you can see that the frame of the roof was starting to sag). 
The day for the estimate, no one showed. Called the store and was told that they have been trying to reach us and left 3 messages. My dad is 89 yrs old and hard of hearing. He erases all messages from the phone if he can't understand it. The gentleman on the phone informed me that the work on the house would not be worth the time or money to have anyone come out and look at the house. I said that it was understood that a base price for the front window would be charged and that was all right with us. He said that the final cost for the window could be over $1000.00 dollars, again I said okay. He still balked about coming out. Was also told that the roof was just too small to justify looking at. He researched the home on Google Earth. (Doubt if Google Earth could see how rotten the wood is underneath). So at that point I told the gentleman that he and his services would not be needed, and while in mid sentence, he hung up on  me. My dad now goes to Home Depot.

They were good. They replaced what wasn’t working. Everything that was needed was sent. I was very pleased with the way it worked out.

It was a nightmare. We ordered the supplies in October in order to have the materials installed by my daughter's wedding in January, and they assured us the work would be done in time. Once they began the work, they put nails through the front of the cabinets, so you could actually see the nails in the front of the cabinet. When I called the boss, he told me to mark where everything was wrong. I marked them with post-its, and the boss came out and took pictures and reordered the cabinets. This time, they came in in the wrong color. They then had to order them again. They finally finished the cabinets at the end of April after putting them up probably four times. I had no cabinets for my daughter's wedding and the holidays when I had been assured this would not be the case. The store, however, was very nice and helpful, but there comes a point where that isn't good enough. They did give me $1,000 off the cabinets and money off off the top cabinets. I would never deal with them again.
