The guy mark was so helpful on the phone, he gave me lots of information. He was readily available. He followed up with lots of phone calls. He was very knowledgeable.

He came back again today because we contracted for monthly maintenance.

They were great came at the time they said they would. One day it rained and called to cancel, because he couldn't spray exterior in the rain. Told me he would still come if I wanted him to. He had a helper with him, they were both professional, cordial and very efficient.

Mr. Plotkin was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional, knowing exactly how to address and alleviate our pest control problems. Upfront and direct with his reasonable charges with no "hard sell" to his customers. We would definitely use his services again.

Mr. Plotnick asked how I heard of him and I told him Angie's List. He was happy to hear that and agreed it was a good way to go. I was pleased with him and his spraying. My only complaint was that I forgot to mention that his ad from Angie's List stated a senior discount and 5% off for Angie's List members. He did not bring that up either. The invoice stated $150 for ant treatment and $12 for tax. He did explain that was for one visit and if I saw ants within two weeks he would come back and spray again at no charge. The reason I remember the discounts now is because I saw Lords ad for 10% off for Angie's List members in the August 2013 issue. Other than that all is good.

It was a wonderful service experience. The provider was courteous, professional, and very helpful. He not only resolved the issue at hand, but offer advice on how to remedy another issues we were having. Definitely would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Great responsiveness - he came the same day I called, and did the work quickly and efficiently. Honored Angie's List coupon. I'm happy to have him on my list of service providers to call if needed again.

They gave us a 90-day warranty, it was a beehive that he sprayed. He was good. He was nice.

Marc came to my house the same day that I called his business number. I had concerns that I had a flea infestation in the basement. He inspected the areas I pointed out and assured me that the insects were not fleas. He gave me advice on how to kill and hopefully prevent the pests from coming back. If I cannot control the problem myself I will definitely call Marc again to have him professionally get rid of the problem as well get rid of all of the other creepy crawlies that make their way into the basement. He was kind and understanding. No charge for the inspection and the advice was free.

He was really great. He told me the traps that were already set were fine and should do the job. He said if I still had trouble, to call him and he gave me his card. He didn’t charge me since no work was done. I could tell he was honest.

They're very nice. The Lords Pest Control workers came in, they listened, they didn't have to try to tell us we have to do what we thought we have to. They're very accommodating, polite and I would recommend them. They come once a month but you can call anytime if you mice or pests inside the house. I thought their price was very high. We thought we had termites but they came in and told us we don't have termites. I would recommend them.

I was impressed with Marc Plotnick from our first telephone conversation. He seemed to fully understand my near panic upon discovering the infestation. Mr. Plotnick was prompt and courteous and demonstrated true concern for the impact upon me and my disabled husband. The difficult extermination began in mid July and successfully ended in September after several treatments. Between treatments, Mr. Plotnick would call for status reports and graciously responded to my calls. I was satisfied with his work and would engage his services again if necessary.

He arrived promptly ( in an unmarked car), friendly and got busy ASAP.

Even though his technicians were busy, the owner came personally to help us get rid of the yellow-jacket problem. He opened the wall up, removed the nest, and completed the job of exterminating the yellow-jacket wasps. He was extremely reasonable in his price, and I would absolutely hire Lord's Exterminating Services again!

I had a very bad influx of roaches in my kitchen. The owner of the service came in to view the problem and explain to us the procedure. He was extremely nice and professional. He was low key and not at all pushy. He came in the first time and did the first treatment. A week later he did a second treatment. It was very effective.I also had him look at an area outside my house that I was concerned might have termites or carpenter bees. He was so honest and showed me that it was water rot on the window sill. He could have told me that I had a real problem and I would have believed him. I am truly grateful for his honesty. As a result, I am having him come back for follow ups for the next three months

I really liked them since they were very responsive. They guy who I had a conversation with was very polite and explained to me what he was going to do. He even agreed to come out and work on a Saturday which he does not usually do. He was very flexible and came over and did what he had to. His pricing was the most competitive. I would use him again in the future.

I recommended him to everyone in my circle. He is very good at what he does and he is very precise. He is not the most expensive, but not the least either. He is very professional and does the job right. He told me that it would take around 3 months to complete my job and he was right on time with his commitment. No one that I have ever talked to has anything bad to say about him.

Person arrived on time - did his thing and provided the receipts that I requested since me(as buyer) was requested by bank to have the house sprayed. The Seller would pay and I reimburse the sell at closing. Gave the proper receipts to obtain bank commitment.

They were great. They got back to me quickly and they sent somebody quickly. They took care of the problem immediately. I only needed to have them come once. They were kind of expensive.
