Arta Construction

My husband and I own a coop and wanted to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. Arta Construction met every expectation we had throughout the construction process. They were very professional, and did top quality work. We are very pleased with the outcome!

The contractors were on time and finished when Andy said they would. They were polite and professional. They also replaced broken hinges on our shower door and made our shower door close properly (which it hadn't done since we bought the house!). Andy also agreed to fix our shower head as it was broken when we tested after fixing the leak.

All I have to say is "Andy is the best". If you want someone you can trust, someone who is reliable, someone who works hard, someone who does a great job at a fair price, then Arta Construction is the contractor for you. He is easy to talk to, unlike many contractors. He is honest. He pointed our potential problem areas BEFORE he started work so there would be no surprises in the middle of construction. He also gave us suggestions on where to go for bathroom tiles and plumbing supplies. But here is the important part. On the day he said he would start work, he was there. His men started early every day, between 715am and 730am and worked until after 5pm. He worked Monday through Saturday. He did not leave our project unfinished to start another job. And he was clean! We have had experience with other contractors who say they will take of the garbage. That usually means they bag it or just leave it by my garbage cans for me to deal with. I did not throw out one ounce of garbage, Andy removed all the garbage from the job. The job took 16 work days total, which is exactly the length of time he estimated. And the price he quoted for the work to be done, was the price for the job. There were no hidden costs. The bottom line he is someone you can trust. The house looks great and would be happy to use him again. If fact he is putting together another estimate on our next house project as I write this review. If you are thinking about any renovation project, you would be crazy not to call Andy from Arta Construction and hear what he has to say. I think you will be impressed and happy you called!

It was very good. We are not moving forward with them for services. They were very good and followed up in a timely manner. They were very professional. From the little time that I dealt with them they were very good. The quote he provided to me, I thought, was a little high. (((***Audio cuts in and out from 2:20 to 2:30***)))

Contractor said he would come to the house and never showed. Everything started smoothly but it went bad as time progressed. We scheduled for him to come and even if he could not attend he did not let me know. We had to reach out to him multiple times and no answer or late responses. Overall, irresponsible and unresponsive.

Very well. Andy is an excellent contractor. He really knows his stuff, and is willing to offer his opinion about what is the right/wrong way to approach things. He did our entire house - 4 bathrooms, floors, interior painting, some kitchen updates, doors, fixtures, and the entire basement. His help dealing with some difficult basement issues in particular was top notch. That said, when we had our own stylistic vision, he always deferred to our choices and worked within our plans. His electrician/plumber/specialist Yani was excellent. We are very happy with the results of all the work, and the price was right.

It was an total pleasure dealing with Andy and his crew they did beautiful work they were clean and having delt with other contractors over the years it was such a pleasure to deal with a real Profesional I highly recommend him and his crew and I will use him again for other jobs

It went smoothly, and the crew cleaned up nicely during renovation and at its conclusion. Their boss, Mr. Andy, was the most unique employee I ever had. While the work was going on, I needed help with putting together furniture, and he offered w/o being asked. In addition, whenever I needed help with minor repairs he offered his help. What a contractor!!!

Very well. We had 4 layers of the tile on our walls and Andy and his team took everything down without a problem. Project originally was expected to take two weeks but due to Home Depot issues and multiple layers of tile it took 15 days. Andy and his people came back multiple times after the project was competed to make last minuts adjustments I requested without charging me.

Andy and his crew were wonderful in all ways. They were always responsive to our needs and handled everything in a professional manner. I recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done at a fair price. We are so happy with our new bathroom !!

Arta Construction is excellent. Andi was very prompt when I initially called. He came to see the kitchen the next day and once he saw the job, gave a reasonable quote and we scheduled to do the work the following week. The painter sent was excellent he came early to set up and the work started promptly at the scheduled time. He performed the work efficiently and expeditiously then cleaned up after he was done. I'm very pleased with Arta Construction and would definitely use them again.

The Arta Construction team was exceptional in terms of the quality of their work and the professionalism. I was always kept aware of what was going on during the remodeling and if I had any questions they were always available. I had a wonderful experience using this company and would recommend them to anyone I know. I intend to use them again in the near future for my basement remodel.

It came out beautiful, and all of the workers work so hard and are great people! They worked outside to complete the job on the coldest day of the year. They are trustworthy, and can do it all! I will continue to use Andy and his crew and highly recommend them to anyone!

It went great. Andy was wonderful.he is the consumate professional. He was always available and patient. He answered our questions and gave us feedback. What I appreciate the most is his honesty and transparency. He is also cognizant of your time and if for some reason he is running late he will contact you. Andy strives to make you happy. His ultimate goal is excellence. Did I mention that he is flexible? I cannot count how many times we asked him to do something additional and he said yes. Andy is always in a good mood, forever cheerful. I highly recommend him. Andy is on demand. We will never need to use another handy man ever again. Andy is our go to person for life.

No renovation goes on without anxiety, frustration, exhaustion, tons of dirt and lots of Questions? (Best to do it while away on vacation!!!) However, for most that cannot be arranged! Andy made sure it went as smooth as possible. The work was professionally executed. Andy was reassuring and enthusiastic from day one! He always answered his cell phone and aimed to please. I did have a lot of questions-, HE DID EXPLAIN MOST OF THE TIME. His answers were OFTEN "OK" or "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT"!!!! I should have listened!!!!! He was right. His team did a fantastic job. The bathroom came out absolutely beautiful. ANDY TRULY WANTED TO BE SURE i WAS HAPPY, WENT BEYOND WITH ASSISTING ME WITH A FEW THINGS NOT EVEN IN OUR CONTRACT. MOST IMPORTANT...I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN AND HE AND HIS TEAM ARE TRULY TRUSTWORTHY.

Andy and his crew were very nice and knowledgeable about every single detail. Andy was excellent at explaining all the steps of the project and making sure that it was up to what we asked and expected at the beginning of the work. Very organized and careful handling machinery inside of the apartment. From this experience I would highly recommend ARTA Construction.

Everything went great. We are very happy with the finished product. Andy and his crew were excellent. We did have to delay our original start because Andy was still finishing his last project. While it is obviously better to start on time, I appreciated the fact that he did not want to start the project (which left us without a tub for the kids) until he was actually available to complete it, rather than start just to lock in the job and then drag the whole thing out as he juggles 2 different projects. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done fast to minimize the impact on our daily lives. Andy was very easy to work with, his price was very fair, and he was very accommodating to our needs, even when we had to have him stop a day of work due to an unrelated matter. Would definitely hire Arta again.

Everything went very well. No delays no cost overruns and most important clean during and after work. The quality of the work performed was excellent. Finished exactly on time .

We hired Andy and his team for a bathroom, kitchen and closet renovation and we're really thrilled with the results. We're first time homeowners so this whole home renovation process is new to us, but Andy made it an easy experience. He offered ideas and out of the box solutions to what could have turned out to be expensive issues and at the end, we're happy that we stayed on budget and we really appreciated that he made sure the results were what we wanted. Definitely will recommend and use him for our next reno.

Andy did a good job and was very responsive. He showed up when he said he would and did the work he promised at the price he quoted. Even when he ran into unanticipated problems, he didn't complain or increase the price.

EXCELLENT The crew was always on time, Very clean and VERY professional Andy suggested using Marble to frame out the lip at the bottom of the shoulder, He then went and got it

I was in a bind and Andy came to the rescue quickly. He was on time and professional and clean. I plan on using him when I decide to renovate my bathroom.
