I really must say that I am not the type of person to write a review about someone but in this case I realize that there are not to many people out there that do work like Andy and his crew so I just had to let everyone know about my experience. My wife and I just had another child and decided that we would need another bedroom for our son so we decided to look on Angies list to see if we were able to find someone to do the job. After looking around a bit we found Arta construction so I decided to give them a call and I spoke to the owner Andy I must say that I have a crazy work schedule so the time for me to have Andy come by and give me an estimate was going to be tough or so I thought Andy went well out of his way to accommodate my schedule and when he did arrive he was a very pleasant guy to speak with he seemed very knowledgeable about construction so I decided to let him give me an estimate on my closet, my sons bedroom ,my wife closet, my other bathroom , and my oak stair case well let me tell you that was such a great move Andy came in with a great price and said that he could start it two days and be finished in two weeks so I said to myself there is no way he could finish all this work in two weeks but I was willing to give him a shot and honestly I am glad that I did Andy came in with his guys and started work on Thursday and here it is and the job is completed exactly one weak later half the time that the told and as for the quality of work and the professionalism was superb I really must say that they went way above and beyond to make us happy in every way they kept the house spotless and they did a great job all the way around they did exactly what they told me at the price they gave me and they didn't ask me for 1 extra dollar at the end of the day we are extremely happy with the work that was done in our home and we would definitely recommend Arta construction to anyone and we want to say thanks to Andy and his crew Chris C

I can't say enough good things about the Andy and John (Yanni) who did a fabulous job renovating a neglected apartment. I sent Andy an email through Angie's List and he responded very quickly. We made an appointment for him to see the place and he came promptly at the appointed time. Since I don't live in that building he was very accommodating with the scheduling. We discussed the work to be done and the following week he brought samples of the cabinets and granite for me to choose my preferences. Everything proceeded very quickly from that point. He came with Yanni and a helper and they began the demolition and then proceeded with the work. They were very professional in everything that they did. They took off the old tiles in the kitchen before installing the new floor. The cabinets are good quality, made of wood, and look great. The bathroom looks fantastic. The vanity, sink and new fixtures have modernized and updated the apartment. The work was done in a timely manner, quickly and efficiently. Andy brought all the materials which saved me much time and legwork. Even when I wanted different flooring material from what he suggested, he went and brought the flooring that I wanted. . They were very neat and cleaned up every day. They take great pride in their work and Andy always checked in with me to see if I was pleased. One example is when they patched a part of the ceiling and when they painted the area they saw that it didn't look good with the rest of the ceiling. They took it upon themselves to repaint the entire ceiling so that it would look good. When the work was finished I realized that I made a mistake by not having them replace the tile backsplash in the bathroom. Andy saw that I was disappointed (not in him - it was my fault) and he said that he will replace the backsplash because he wanted me to be happy. I am very happy that I found Andy through Angie's List and I will definitely use him again in the future.

The team from ARTA Construction led by Andy Qirko fully remodeled my living room. Including ripping out an old wall unit which then required A full resurfacing and finishing of the wall itself, Then after completely painting my whole living room , ARTA construction, designed, built and installed an unbelievably fantastic modern living room wall unit. This wall unit contains many different cabinets shelves, and drawers which created much-needed storage plus a great place to keep my audiovisual equipment hidden..After the installation of the wall unit Andy and his team , at my request hung a giant 65 inch smart television above the wall unit they installed. In doing this Andy and John had to reroute the electric outlets in the wall so they would be able to power the television and then run power to the wall unit underneath so all would be hidden. Plus they drilled through a concrete wall to create a channel so all the cables would be hidden. Finally the Magic men from Arta construction, were able to install and help me initiate a wireless sound system. There is no end to the abilities of the men from Arta construction and I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use them for any remodeling of any kind they can do it all plumbing, electrical , carpentry, tile work installation of appliances. They can perform all work big or small with great attention to detail . Again after using Arta construction for 3 major renovations to my apartment, I highly recommend them for all of your remodeling needs.

Arta construction ,undertook a complete renovation of a kitchen located in a house built in 1920. Despite the area's underlying decaying condition the workers reinforced the floor ,resurfaced walls,repaired the ceiling ,installed tiles and stone counter-tops ,connected new appliances and intricately lit cabinetry ,painted and completed the project without any cost over-runs.It should be noted that they coordinated their work perfectly with the other trades and were able to work around lacquered furniture without any damages. Their workers followed my custom plans and executed the entire task in 2 stages. Arta construction was punctual on their appointments and flexible in ways to work with other trades schedules. At the end of every working day the area left was neat and safe and practically dust free.

Excellent job, avery knowledgeable crew. They were very clean and took great care in sealing off the space they were working in from the rest of the home thereby keeping the dust confined to the area they were working in. At the end of the day they made sure that any and all garbage was disposed of eliminating the need of the homeowner to dispose of the trash. A very efficient crew that I will definitely use again , with confidence, for other projects.

Andy did a great job with my bathroom installation and flooring. He and his team are extremely professional. They arrived on-time, finished the job well. Throughout the process, there were no surprises. For my next project at home, I will certainly think of Andy?s team first before contacting others. I highly recommend Arta Construction.

From start to finish Arta Construction was diligent and on point with helping us pick and choose all aspects of our project. We were on a very tight budget and arta construction was very knowledgeable in cost of materials and helped us choose and purchase all items from tiles to wood flooring to our kitchen cabinets. Very trust worthy and i would be happy to have them again in our home. After this experience they are no longer just contractors to me they are friends and would be happy to have them in our home.

My experience with ARTA construction and Andy were top of the line. Andy was very reasonable in terms of pricing of material, cost of labor, and other cost that needed to be consider. He was willing to meet with me at any time to go over the details and illustrated a lot of patience and professionalism. His team was very diligent with their timing to the construction site and always cleaned after they were done with a days worth of work. Andy always called me to check in on the progress and make sure I was satisfied with the progress and work performed at every stage of the process. Their attention to detail, recommendations, and options available for me, the customer, far exceeded the other contractors that I had spoken with prior to engaging Andy, on behalf of ARTA Construction. After ARTA Construction began the renovation on my apartment I learned that their business was a family business, with many of his immediate family performing many tasks and demonstrating a great attention to detail. The renovation of my apartment required a full rip out of my kitchen and bathroom areas which was performed quickly, neatly and with very little disturbance to my neighbors., Who even commented to me how professional and courteous that ARTA construction was to them during the renovation. During the renovation I was very pleased with the way that ARTA Construction was able to deal with any issue that arose and showed great vision in quickly dealing with any issues. When I was interviewing contractors, most told me that the renovation of my kitchen and bathroom would take between 12 to 14 weeks, Arta construction told me it would take between 5 to 7 weeks. And I am delighted to tell you that it took only five weeks, and they Came in right on budget with no overages. ARTA Construction performed all the work necessary plumbing, carpentry, tile work and electrical with great care and professionalism. Now I have a brand-new beautiful modern bathroom and a fantastic open sensational kitchen. I am extremely happy with the work performed by Arta and I highly recommend using ARTA Construction for any and all of your home renovation projects.
