Description of Work: Expected the owner, but he sent his moving men to provide the estimate. The email estimate was extremely unprofessional and one long run-on sentence rampant with spelling and grammatical errors.

Description of Work: We have used Jimmy and his crew twice now. They surpassed expectations the first time, and recently I asked them to move my (slightly nervous parents) and they made them feel comfortable throughout the entire move. Jimmy (owner) is highly responsive, and they are the rare breed who take over as professionals and makes a move easier (less stress during a move is good!). Strongly recommend.

Description of Work: He did EVERYTHING!!! He packed my things, wrapped my pictures, he loaded and unloaded to my storage in less than 5 hours. James and his crew are professional and have been on the job with James for many years. You can see immediately the difference in quality. He cares about his staff and his staff was so professional and knew how to do all. I have moved many times before. I have never seen anything like it. They will surprise you. James and crew even made a pit stop to my extended stay hotel to drop off my plants so they would not freeze. James and crew unloaded my belongings to my existing storage. My storage was a mess made by the previous movers and ME. They rearranged my whole storage unit. They repacked EVERYTHING and loaded my belongings so that I did not have to buy another storage unit. May I say this: AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!! They all this for the same confirmed price of $1,500. There was 4 men including James. It went so quickly that I could not believe it. I have to move to my new house in one month. I will call no one else. Honest, punctual, quick, efficient, and HONEST!!!!! Thank you, James. See you for the next move.

Description of Work: The move went very well. Some of the furniture I hadn't seen had to be disassembled. There was no additional cost. They were very diligent not to damage anything. I would most certainly use them again.

Description of Work: this is the second time I have used this firm. the owner is very responsive to both the initial request and at all times through the process. his crew is very pleasant and working. the move took two days the second being about 12 hours, they got it all done and stayed til I was happy with everything. well done

Description of Work: We had Jimmy and his crew pack us in April and move us into storage. They were excellent. We moved into a house five months later and they unpacked our storage bins and moved us into a house over a three day period. They are excellent. The way they packed our possessions was meticulous. Jimmy's crew is a pleasure to work with. They are professional, courteous, very hard working and really know what they are doing both with wrapping furniture and fragile items. While moving can be stressful, this crew makes so helps by remaining calm and keeping a smile on their face. I would highly recommend this company for your next move!

Description of Work: They moved us fairly efficiently, and with a last minute reservation. David was the head of our crew, and he was awesome. There were three other people on the crew, and the owner stopped by a few times. We moved from a three bedroom apartment to a three story house, the move took one day (8am to 6pm). | |However one already partially damaged lamp did end up completely broken, and it was unclear to us if we needed to disassemble our IKEA bed frame or if they would take it apart for us, despite asking several times for clarification (it ended up being a joint effort). The van also got stuck leaving the driveway of our previous apartment, which ended up extending the day by at least an hour - so the end of the day was pretty rushed.

Description of Work: Great job. I hired the tomography me for a townhouse into a 3 story house across county. They arrived on time and got right to work. I wasn't as packed as I thought I was but they were flexible and very helpful in getting as much In the truck as possible. When they needed more space they made a quick call and the owner brought an additional van by to move the rest. No hidden fees, no gimmicks. A flat rate quoted before the job. They brought 5 guys to help speed the moving along. Hint to future customers. Complete the online estimate carefully, that is the list they bring to the house and what is used to estimate the truck size needed. Overall a good experience. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: We had a VERY positive experience with James and his professional team of movers (coming off of a terrible experience with another company in a recent, local move)! They were on time for pick-up and delivery, were efficient and extremely careful packing/moving several antique pieces of furniture. They ended up moving additional items that I hadn't anticipated or listed. We will definitely use James and his team again!
