I purchased a 4-hour cleaning special. In 4 hours the team cleaned 2 bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and a hallway. That's it. I was stunned. I have a 2-story home. In the last 10 minutes they offered to clean my kitchen - they did a lousy job. I asked the team if I could pay them more to finish the job, they declined saying I would have to book another appointment at a "special rate." I cleaned the downstairs myself. Later I was called by the company. They offered me another "special rate" and admitted that some of their team members were slower than others. I declined the offer. I felt the team had either been instructed to be ridiculously slow, or the management had just hired a bad team. Either way, it left a bad taste - not the way to engage a new client. I was looking for a long-term service provider. They are not it. I would discourage anyone looking for a regular cleaning service to use this company.

Melissa and Brandi did a wonderful job. They were personable, professional, and very efficient. My house looked and smelled great when they were done.

Fantastic!! The two women who arrived were perfectly on time, so sweet and professional, and did an amazing job. The house smelled so good, and I don't think my bathrooms have EVER been so clean. I was able to get so much done while they were there, and I cannot wait to have them back! Thank you!

The two ladies who came to do the work (Jo and Brandy) were very professional, friendly and most willing to do a good job. They were able to complete most of the job and were very considerate of my wishes.

The discounted price was fair for the work completed however the full non-discounted price would have been a ripoff for the quality of the work. Two girls came, did an ok, but mostly cursory clean of most floors and surfaces but not at the level of quality we expected for a professional maid service (e.g. only swiffered and did not wet mop floors).

So well that I have them coming back every other week.

Work done was excellent. Feel I really got a good team which covered a lot of ground for the time they were working.

It was the best thing I've ever done.The girls came in and got right to work.I've had them back twice and hired them for a every other week cleaning.

They were very helpful over the phone and accommodating in setting up the appointment. The cleaners for my house called to let me know they would be a few minutes late - I appreciated the call to let me know. The cleaners were pleasant to deal with. I didn't realize until the stopped working that the 2 hours starts the minute they pull in the driveway, it includes unloading the supplies and any discussion you have with them. I made small talk and told them what I wanted for about 20 minutes prior to them beginning. They asked alot of questions which I answered. After 70 minutes the two of them were still in the upstairs bathroom where they had started - this is a very small bathroom with a 5' vanity, 5' tub and toilet - the overall dimensions are 5' x 10'. I finally went up to see what they were doing and they finished that about 10 minutes after I stayed in the room next door. So by now, 100 minutes of my 120 minutes were used up. I then had them move to the kitchen - all they got done in that room was the outer surface of the cabinets. So overall, I paid $77 to have my bathroom cleaned and kitchen cabinets wiped down. The cabinets looked nice, the bathroom still had an area of the vanity that had not been wiped down and lint and dust around. There was even a dead fly on the window ledge that hadn't been picked up. So for two people spending 80 minutes in a 5x10 bathroom it really didn't look like it. That is 2 hours and 40 minutes in total - if I had spent that much time in there, it would have been throughly cleaned, had a fresh coat of paint and been re-grouted. Customer service is great, cleaners are personable, I din't find the work worth the money.

Women did a great job, Prompt and very attuned to the special needs of this project.

The owner was personable on the phone and did call very quickly to schedule. The ladies that came were nice but clearly wanted to get in and out quickly. Everything was just wiped over. No consideration was given to many areas (top of microwave, under bathroom counters, etc) it also seemed that they were judging the condition the house was in from what I over heard. My bathrooms and floors needed to be cleaned...which is why I hired them. There was not one room that was cleaned thoroughly...things were just done quickly and with minimal effort. And they "finished" 15 minutes early. Given the fact that there were 2 ppl and they had 2 hours and I only asked for a small part of the house to be cleaned...I wasted my money. I was expecting a much better job. In the end it was not worth it.

They did an awesome job and I intend to have them again.

It was great! They came in like a bowl in a china shop, there was 4 of them. They were in and out in an hour. They are very good, not as good as doing it yourself, but for a cleaning service, I think they were very good. My house wasn?t real dirty. There were a couple things that they missed, like they didn?t do the backsplash, but they did do other things. The things they did do, they did a good job. Overall, I wouldn?t complain! They were super nice, they were on time and efficient. They were pretty good, they were perfect, but they were much better than others I have had. They were excellent!
