Rufino was a complete professional and did an excellent job at a good price. The job was done fast and right.

Ruffino and his team are the best!! I had mutiple small projects from completing chairs that I started to putting up shelves to helping me hang a shadow box to repairing moulding that was incorrectly installed. They were diligent and quick! They arrived promptly. Helped me figure out how to prioritze my projects and even explained an issue that I had with my steps. After he hung my shadow box, Ruffino asked for windex so that he could clean the glass and the wall it was placed on for hanging. I will use Ruffino for all handyman projects going forward.

He was punctual about returning our call and arriving at our home. He finished the project after making some very good suggestions. Overall, he was professional and pleasant.

Work was not satisfactory. In many places, the old grout was not removed; the new grout was just applied on top of the old. When I cleanedthe tile to remove the grout haze, the grout between the tiles came off in many places. In addition, grout was left on the vanity, door and door sill, each of which have been difficult to remove.

Rufino is an excellent worker - prompt, reliable, thorough. He has done a wide range of work for me and stays with a job until it is satisfactorily completed. He has many skills, and is a likable, responsible person. I recommend him without reservation.

We have had a leak originating from the master bath shower for years. Many workmen have attempted to remedy this problem but it has always come back. Rufino is the most responsive and versatile handyman I have ever encountered. He immediately returns all calls, comes as soon as possible to assess the problem and give an estimate (even on weekends if it's an emergency) and reports for work exactly when he says he will. Rufino is completely reliable and trustworthy. Even more impressive is that Rufino will think through a problem and find clever ways to remedy it. Such was the case with our shower. Rufino knew immediately that, in the past, whoever tried to fix this problem took the easy way out and that is why it kept recurring. Rufino scraped out the old grout, re-grouted and then, along with the help of his assistant, kept testing and observing the shower while it was running to ascertain where the leak was coming from. Miraculously, he found it and was able to remedy the problem, once and for all. Along with his patience and persistence, Rufino is the neatest handyman that has ever worked in our home. I can't recommend Rufino highly enough. We feel so fortunate to have found him and can't imagine using anyone else.
