I initially wanted to repair a gutter - I had them install a gutter guard along with taking care of the repair work. The work was done quickly and efficiently - I had one complaint and they addressed it quickly with a follow up repair job.

Pro Quality is as it's name implies. They were professional in there presentation and knowledge of product. The workers were efficient and professional also. They were so good that we kept them supplied with cold water and tea on this very hot day.They are a great company and I plan to use them if the need arises for other projects.

I hired them to replace gutters. An overall very pleasant experience beginning with the sales reps, Ryan and Henry. The work quality seems great and the house looks much better. The cost was reasonable and I am considering having them return to replace a door.

I told them what I was looking for as far as gutter guards, gutters and covering the trim on my house. They showed me samples of their product, I chose the one I wanted, they installed exactly as we laid it out with no issues whatsoever. Very professional, yet cordial.

Henry made a good presentation and gave me a good price for the job. The gutters dress off the house perfectly. The mechanics were professional. And the supervisor visited the site to evaluate the work. Nicely done.

A water-tight basement repair led to an entire leader and gutter replacement, followed by a new roof installation. All of this would never have occurred if I was not impressed from the beginning with the expertise and professionalism of the project managers, who demonstrated a concern for me as a consumer and homeowner. They did everything they promised to do Showed up on time Finished promptly Only thing better would have been to do a better job cleaning up nails and screws on the roof. I made Pro Quality aware of this issue and they came back and did a better job cleaning up.

They did a great job installing and were timely and met there schedule promises. Will not know how effective the product is until winter when the gutter heaters will have to do their job. Only caveat is the price quoted far exceeded the Home Adviser estimate of a typical installation including HA's estimated maximum price.
