Merry Maids

I was completely disappointed by the service provided. They did not dust the way we were told they would, they mopped and vacuumed around the legs of the kitchen table, did not move the chairs or table to mop. They did not clean the bathrooms the way they should have, there was dust on the floor behind and around the toilet, they did not clean the tub, they never cleaned the outside of the shower doors. The dusting was horrible in the bedrooms. They dusted the top of my backboard but not the clock that is on it. Never dusted the remote controls, there was dust in between all electronic components. My sister has a stain on her dresser that was not there before. The kitchen counter back splash was never dusted or wiped down. They cleaned the top of my microwave but never touched the front of it. All figurines had to dusted, they never touched them. They dusted around things, never moving anything to dust under them. We had out furniture on mover sliders, they never moved the oversized chair to vacuum...dog food found under chair after they left. They 'mopped' their way out the door but shook the mop off inside my front door, leaving bits of grass and dirt at my door. I am livid! I called the company, they offered to send someone over to 'correct' the issue....I could not handle that kind of frustration again! 10 hours the first time, have no idea what it would have taken to do it again, correctly. I refused the 're service'. I did ask for a discount of full refund of the $463 my credit card was charged. I had to call them back 6 days later to get an answer of "No". It seems since I was supposed to sign up for 16 visits they gave me 50% discount on the deep clean already....they felt that was good enough to satisfy. This is horrible customer service and the fact that we had re-clean my entire house ourselves, and they still charged me totally upsets me! I would not recommend and will spread the word that this company is horrible and should not be used. It has completed killed the idea of home cleaning services for us. We will never do this again! Anyone who is thinking about this please 'BEWARE'!
