Bill did an excellent job of repairing our carpet at a more than fair price. Don't let those lumps, bumps and stretched out carpets irritate you any longer. Hire Bill you'll be really happy you did.

Customer service??? I originally gave a very positive review...2 days ago. However, you learn a great deal about a business by the way they treat customers after they do the original work. I hired Bill to restretch a carpet because I needed to have a corner of the pad replaced due to some recent work in that room. Therefore the job was to replace the missing pad and then reattach the carpet. Bill did call quickly and he asked if this was a basement. I said no. He came to my home the next day. I sent photos. He quoted $185.00. He came that day a few hours later, fabulous! He said he didn't know the carpet was installed on concrete. I could have told him this if I was asked. I assume if you are a carpet installer that you can deal with whatever. He said that I was missing some tackstrips and he would need to buy some. We both made some phone calls and he said he would go to Valu to purchase. He said it was no problem because now he had extra in his truck. He left, came back, nailed in tackstrip, put in a piece of pad (which he said was high quality) my original was excellent, reattached carpet and left. I am not a carpet installer and I did not go around the perimeter of the carpet to check how well it had been put down. I looked around the room as I was standing in it. Visually looked fine. I wrote a check for $190 . Bill said if you need anything else call me. I had foot surgery a couple of weeks ago and am not able to get around a great deal. I DID NOT GO BACK IN THAT ROOM until today, 2 days later, when my contractors came back to work in the room. When they looked at the carpet upon arrival they pointed out that the carpet had come up along one wall and there was an actual bulge. :( I texted Bill and I guess expected him to say that he will come and take a look at it. Nope. Instead he was upset and accused me and my contractors of pulling up the rug. I had sent him a photo of the underneath of the carpet to show him how the tack strips had buckled together and popped up away from the concrete. I have a long text conversation that was less than cordial. I spoke with him. He also spoke with the contractor and my husband but got pretty much nowhere. He was unkind, talked over us, said we were not being truthful and actually hung up and I needed to call him back. WHY....WHY....would I ever pull up the carpet that I paid someone to install??? That is just crazy...and that is what he was accusing us of doing. Huge disappointment. Also the pad he put in is not good quality and you can tell the difference by walking across the rug. He is not offering to fix this and said I need to get my contractors to do it. He claims he did extra work for me, except for buying the tack strips there was no extra work. He knew I needed some pad, not a surprise. I paid him $185 for nothing. I now need to hire another carpet installer tomorrow to redo this work and he is charging me the same thing. So now t

Bill Miller was extremely pleasant and efficient. He did an amazing job at weaving in an additional pieces of carpet so the wall to wall carpeting in my bedroom extended to the wall. His job was so meticulous that even knowing what he did, I would be hard pressed to detect it. A true carpet magician. Would use again and recommend highly!

After pricing cellular shades for two bay windows I was happy that I called Blind Faith. Bill Miller found me reasonably priced shades in exactly the color I wanted. After he installed them I noticed a slight problem with one bracket and he came out the same day and fixed it. No problems since and the shades are beautiful.

Bill came over within two days of contacting him (on a Sunday) and completed the carpet repair job. He even stretched other areas of our hallway carpet without even being asked! A++++
