EXCELLENT! Mike is responsive, caring, punctual, responsible and extremely professional. Everyone who worked for him had the utmost skill and treated my house very carefully. Mike did everything within his power to make sure this job was done right down to the smallest detail and I must say, the outcome was perfection! I was very, very impressed with Mike and the people who worked for him. His workers have been with him well over 10 years each and it shows. He treats them with respect and they give their best. It was a pleasure to work with Mike! I would hire him for any job in a heartbeat!

The process changed the tiles from the old lime green to white. The tub was dingy looking and now it is white. The workmanship was detailed and faultless. The warranty policy is excellent. They also did a detailed job of set up and clean up. I was very impressed. I was also told that if after the work was finished and I saw a problem they would come back and fix it. That is exactly what they did. After the construction on the bathroom was finished, there were a few nicks. They came back and retouched up with no extra cost to me. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a quality European Glazing job. Thank you for making my bathroom look like new again.

They did an amazing job, it looks wonderful and brand new. I was really impressed. All scratches and discoloration is completely gone.

I own and manage apartment buildings, I have been using Mike, PTR Tub and Tile Restorations, for over 5 years. I have never had to call Mike back for a poor job. His men are professional and know what to do even with the toughest of refinishes. Most of my tubs are at least 50years old and once Mike and his men are done they look like new. He has also refinished my tile surrounds, which he makes waterproof and looking like new. I highly recommend Mike.

The bathroom looks totally restored! The tub looks like new - just beautiful (and it was 55+ years old and a mess before.) The tile sparkles and the new, white grout makes it feel like it was just installed, despite the age of the tile. Mike Vinci delivered the workers on time and arrived the second day to inspect the work of the first day. The men worked quietly and diligently all day. They cleaned up after themselves so that I had nothing to do but enjoy their product of their work. I have already recommended PTR to several friends. This is a first class company.

First let me state that I was extremely satisfied. I contacted PTR Tub & Tile Restoration through Angie's list as I did not want to go back to the company I used before. I read the reviews of this company and decide to call. I left a voice mail message and in less than 12 hours I was immediately contacted by Mike. He listened to the problems I had before with my tub re-glazed and then he told me of the product they used, the prep that needed to be done, the complete price $450.00 (not an estimate) and the 10 year warranty on the EUROPEAN COATING (Euro-glaze). I had an 8:30 am Saturday appointment. Billy came to my house 10 minutes early, He introduced himself, looked at my tub and I told him this tub had been re-glazed before (with poor results) and then Billy went immediately to work. I also was told approximately this would be up to 4 hours. He set up a fan to ventilate the air, covered the walls around the tub, covered outside of the tub, the floor near the tub and covered the medicine cabinet. He also covered outside floor to the bathroom where he had he's equipment. The smell I was also told before hand, but with all the windows open it was bearable, even for my 88 year-old Father. After all the work was done, Billy cleaned up everything that I had nothing do to except put back my shower curtains. I then inspected my tub and at Billy's work, was completely satisfied with the job and then received my receipt, paperwork on how to take care of the tub and the 10 year warranty from the manufacture. This same day, Mike calls to see how satisfied I was, did I have any questions. I told him how delighted I said everything went of Billy's work and of course the tub itself. Mike also wanted to make sure that I received the paperwork on the tub care and warranty. A prior company I had once used did not do half the prep time, clean-up and commitment that PTR Tube & Tile had given. I thanked Mike again and he asked me one favor, if I would let Angie's list know about his company's service and would I recommend them. Mike, no problem here is it is. Again, it was a great to have a company that has this much professionalism, commitment and over-all great service. Thank you.

It went great, the tub looks brand new and they re-caulked everything as well, so the entire shower looks like new. Mike had another large job that was running longer than he had expected and called me the week before to see if we could reschedule the date. Unfortunately I was only available that one day and he moved things around so that one of his guys could reglaze our tub. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to reglaze their tub!

Mike and his team were fabulous from the moment I picked up the phone to the day they completed the work (which was the exact day they said they would be done :)) Our bathroom was in sad shape. Mike removed the old towel bars, toilet paper, and soap dishes and repaired all of the chipped tiles before regrouting and resurfacing the new tiles. Furthermore, Mike advised my options for laying down a new floor, and took time to make sure the edges were cut so the finished product looked like we spent thousands more. I highly recommend Mike and his team - honest, quality, dependable work.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. They were on time and they made sure that everything was cleaned when the job was finished. Had a crack in the floor of my tub. I was sure that the tub would have to be replaced. Mike assured me that it could be fixed and that the color of the tub could be changed. The tub looks BRAND NEW!!! I plan on having my shower done in the near future. Don't replace your tub call PTR Tub & Tile Restorations first and ask for Mike.

My bath tub was chipping after a bad job done by another company 2 years ago. My husband and I were unsure about going through the process again. After looking on Angies List, we came across PTR. I called Mike the owner and he answered all of my questions and concerns. He was great!!! His company was here the following day!!!! Prompt, courteous, clean and very reasonable. Amazing job done by an amazing company!

I just bought a condo with an old vinyl shower/tub liner. To have it replaced was not affordable. Mike Vinci was extremely responsive to my call and even came to my house to pick up the key to the condo. Mike and his team made this old tub/shower look brand new. It had a few hairline cracks and a hole on the side of the tub which had been repaired incorrectly. You would never know that any repairs were made. It looks brand new! There are no marks, seams, nothing. It looks great and they saved me a few thousand dollars! This was the best exprience ever. I highly recommend using this company.

Mike Vinci explained the how the process was going to be implemented. He worked around my schedule, which was very helpful. PTR Restorations arrived on time on the scheduled date. The bathtub was very old and rusty. The worker really took his time to clean the rust off the tub. It looks like new The worker completed the job in a timely and professional manner. The worker left the work area neat and clean.

I called Mike Vinci for an estimate and he came to my apartment in a timely, professional and punctual manner. He explained the process to me, the time required and the cost. The day the job began, they arrived on time and finished in exactly 3 days. The technician, Wesley", who performed the work couldn't have been more respectful and careful of the area near the bath. Everything was protected with plastic and secured with tape and at the end of each day he cleaned up thoroughly. This is a messy process but there was never a mess. Not one bit. As you can tell, I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend PTR Tub and Tile Restorations.

PTR did an amazing job. Our old tub was rusted, scratched and had been spray painted gold by the previous owners. They were able to make it look brand new and keep the rest of the room safe. fumes were minimal and faded within a day. Our walls and floors were covered and remained as they were prior to refinishing. All sides of the tub & the interior and exterior look amazing. We were also instructed in proper care to keep it looking that way.

I was told through several conversations with owner Mike Vinci that his employee,Darwin, would arrive between 9 and 9:30AM and be finished around 1:30. He was right on target. He had all his supplies in plastic cartons and set up quickly covering everything with plastic. He put a strong fan in the window to remove as much of the fumes as possible. It was a bit smelly at first but not horribly so. By the next day, it was only detectable when you first came into the house. By the third day, it was mostly gone. Darwin was very professional, competent, and pleasant. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. It's as though I have a brand new white tub. It was in fairly good shape to begin with except for some very visible damage on the outside, the size of a half dollar. It is completely undetectable now. After Darwin left, you wouldn't know anyone had been here. He thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I was concerned about the fumes because I have two large parrots in the house. Mike assured me he never lost a bird. I took precautions of closing their door and stuffing plastic at the bottom of the door. I'm happy to say, they are fine. I didn't know anyone who has had a tub reglazed, so I joined "Angie's List" to find someone. I couldn't believe how simple it was. PTR Tub and Tile was on top of the list with an "A" rating. I read every comment and was impressed enough to call. Mike answered all my questions and eased my fears. I am delighted with the results!

Spoke to mike the business owner and I sent him pictures of my bathroom for the estimate. He promptly called me to talk about the details. We agreed on a date/time for the work to be completed. Mike arrived on time with his workman and he worked all day , until the job was completed. Mike said I would be very happy with the results, and he was right, the bathroom looked brand new! All the stains in the tub and sink were gone, great job. Left the bathroom very clean , no trace of dust anywhere, amazing!

They were very quick to get me in. The price was reasonable. Excellent customer service. They did a fantastic job on the tub it looks like new. They covered all the floors and carefully taped everything and sanded down the old drain so that it looks like new too. They also called afterwards to make sure we were happy.

PTR Tub & Tile Restorations did a beautiful job. You would never know they were there except for a little smell. They had to edge the surface and in the process they used some chemicals. They taped everything off and it was a beautiful job after they were finished.The job was a little pricier than I expected but the job was wonderful.

Mike was very responsive and on the day of our appointment was punctual. I really like the quality of the work and the reasonable price for such great work. He also offers a 10 year warranty that others do not provide. Overall, I think the job done was very good and I will definitely recommend this company to others.

The results are great so far. The tub appears brand new and with a new color that matches our entire bathroom remodel. Very professional and couteous service. The gentleman who came (Billy) seemed to know what he was doing. We are very happy.
