Description of Work: We had converted the back part of our garage to a porch. The purpose of the work under discussion was to winterize the porch, to put paneling over the insulation, and to maintain the rustic look we enjoyed. The porch overlooks the pond and the garden. Also done was the installation of baseboard heating and a new door to the garage plus a cat door into the garage. The work was started promptly and the workers arrived at the times they said they would. They frequently worked past 5:00 in order to ensure that the job would be done in a timely fashion. They even worked on weekends. The work that was done was highly professional in terms of appearance and quality. The tongue and groove panels were stained a chestnut color which gave the exact look we wanted. The panels covered not only the walls but the peaked ceiling as well. The owner and his assistant were polite and made helpful suggestions about the staining and the molding that that surrounded the large windows. The molding was finished with a different look than the paneling but with the same stain. It looks great and so professional. At the completion of the job all extra and used materials were promptly removed and the area and garage swept clean. We would have no hesitation about using this firm again for home improvement jobs of any kind. The price was very reasonable, especially in comparison with another bid. In short we are enjoying our new room with great frequency and pleasure. So is the cat.
