He was excellent. He was a professional. He actually resolved my problem with my Holly tree. He was accommodating and I would recommend him to anyone who wants any kind of tree work done. He's Extremely knowledgeable about trees. And I would recommend him highly. He's he, and he's such a sweet, He's, he's a kind person and he's a caring person, and I Really appreciated. The work that he did, and he included me while he was working, he didn't do anything without asking me, Is this okay? he Asked me to stand in a certain position, all of this, I wrote, but I couldn't. Peter from Big Mack Tree Service came on time and was very pleasant. The tree trimming was done exactly as he determined from the pic I sent him. After, all the work was done his partner cleaned up and placed everything back as it was. Price was reasonable for the work that was done. Will recommend to my friends.

I wanted to cut down a tree and they pushed to convince me to just trim it, which I did. They cut the minimum number of branches to get the job done, and changed the pricing last minute. They were quick to respond and did the job quickly and were able to do the job while I was not home which was beneficial. I would have expected them to clean up and cut smaller branches and tidy up the trimming for the job. There is still overgrowth I see I would have expected them to take care of as part of a trim. Over all an ok job.

Both gentlemen were personable, diligent, and thorough. The job was done quickly with great expertise. I would recommend Peter to anyone in the neighborhood or in my circle of friends! He was terrific, calling me multiple times before he showed up, which he always did and on time! He pruned two trees as per my expectations and while he was there, I had him trim down two "weed trees", which cost me extra by $100. (Worth it, as I wouldn't have done it for that $.) He also reminded me to water (I haven't done it all summer, and can't remember when I last did it) and brought up the fact that I left a tree "stump" in the driveway-- a rather tall one--in the driveway on the side of the house. I will hire them again in the fall!

Peter was able to give us a quote over the phone to trim a very large arborvitae in our backyard. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was when I expressed that it was important to us to maintain the health of the tree, which had been damaged before by overgrown vines. He and his crew came out just a couple days later for the work. He gave the tree a nice cleanup and fertilized it for us at a reasonable price. I'm sure our resident birds will be as satisfied with their home as we are!

We had an issue with branches crashing onto our property from a huge maple tree. Pete Mackauer arrived, inspected the tree and gave a free estimate. He came and removed all dead branches, trimmed others, and inspected all the other trees on our property. The yard was raked clean, branches and debris were removed and taken away. All this a a great price. You wont be disappointed if you hire Big Macks Tree Service
