Repairing furniture was a snap, and the workman understood the woods and their properties.Also suggested stuff that could not be done and guaranteed - mahogany shutters in windows with lots of light could not be guaranteed against cracking again. But perhaps this is to be expected in 130 year old home. I would use them again for furniture repair! Estimates for repairing missing parquet floor pieces was less convincing, mainly because they do not stock flooring in the with needed, I would have to pay for lots of wood not used. Probably best to go to a flooring company for that work.

The whole experience was great from beginning to end. It was easy to get an appointment. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The repair man fixed a ripped seam on my leather couch and you can't even tell where the rip ever was. Incidentally, I asked him for advice about getting some of the cushions re-stuffed, and he gave me very simple instructions on how to do it myself. He said, I can do it for you, of course - but it will be expensive. And it's simple for you to do it. During the same visit, he also addressed various damage areas on a dresser that's been in our family for a long time. It looks beautiful. I was pleased enough with the service that I have asked for a quote on an additional upholstery job that I have. It's much more extensive - something that will have to be done in the shop vs. an in-home visit. I'll write another review after I go through that experience. But based on my service today I would highly recommend this business. Update: I went ahead with the additional upholstery job and was - again - highly satisfied. This involved upholstering a victorian chair from 1880. The experience was so easy - they came and picked up the chair. They offered fabric selections, but I was looking for something more specific. I ordered my own, had it delivered to their workshop and they delivered the chair when it was done. The finished product looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this business - they were professional, offered great service, and have talented craftsmen on their staff.

Service was excellent. Installers were punctual, professional, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again or recommend them.

AFS was quick to respond and fast to act. I had an appointment secured by the end of the day I reached out to them. They came on time and the Repairman, Gagi, was professional and courteous. He understood exactly what I wanted. He took the piece that day and I had it back in 10 days. They did a fantastic job. I can't speak to the cost relative to other companies, but I got the service I needed with no hassle whatsoever.

I came into this whole process very skeptical, but left beyond satisfied. From the start, customer service was excellent; quick email response time and very clear about cost, timing and the overall process. The actual couch deconstruction and reconstruction took about two hours, and was done by a very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly technician. I had a great experience so I absolutely recommend their services, I hired All Furniture Services to deconstruct an over-sized couch in order to fit into a narrow doorway, and then rebuild once inside.

Extremely professional and Very courteous but declined service as $1200.00 was a lot more than expected.

The two technicians were very professional and skilled in their craft. They worked extremely hard (approximately 7 hours) and brought back our furniture to like new condition. I would highly recommend them and would have no hesitation to use them again in the future. I looked a long time for a company to do what they did, even some who were local, and the local companies never returned my emails or calls. All Furniture Services responded within 24 hours to my email, I spoke with them the next day after they responded to my email, they came out to our house within a week so they could provide an estimate, and they came to do the work the following week on a Saturday which was convenient for us. We are extremely satisfied and it was worth every penny.

It was excellent. I've used them several times. They're not cheap but they do a great job.

They got the parts and got it working again. He explained everything he was doing and was very polite and efficient. I was very satisfied.

Things went fantastic. They came, they did their job and they were done within 45 minutes. I think it was a little bit pricey for what they did.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He really knew what he was doing. The parts that were needed were unavailable locally and he sourced them all the way to California. The bed is now safe and comfortable. I was very pleased with his expertise and "can do" attitude. I plan to hire the company again.

The provider re-padded (2) leather sectionals and did a great job at a great price $125.00 per sectional. They also "refurbished" a 1940's solid cherry wood card table. They covered the scratches with a wood crayon and sprayed it with shellac. It looked a little better but it was not worth the $425.00 they charged.

I purchased a warranty for my furniture through Macys and Worrynomore (which I believe is now Uniters or my warranty has been assigned to them) which is who put me in touch with this business. When I booked the appointment, I was told they would arrive before 12:00, not a problem. The day before the appointment, I was told the delivery window was between 12-3. First strike. At 3:00, still a no show, I called to see what was going on. Second strike. Before I could even say a word, Mia put me on hold for over 8 minutes. Third strike. She then called the technician, Karen, and he told her he would not be able to arrive until 5:00. Fourth strike. Then, I was told there'd be no guaranty that he would actually arrive at that time and when I asked Teresa, the manager, if she would make certain that he would arrive by then, she told me that she leaves at 5 and couldn't do that. Fifth strike. So to summarize the awful experience, I took a day off work and waited the entire day for the technician to show who never showed up, I wasn't given adequate customer service and Karen, Mia and Teresa had zero respect for my time, yet there time was clearly valuable. I would NEVER ever recommend this business to anyone, the communication between the office and technician is nonexistent and they made absolutely no attempt to right their wrong. Despicable. UPDATE - the day after I posted this review I received a voicemail from Michael (spelling might be wrong), operating manager of the company. He informed me that that were assisting to schedule an appointment with the warranty company's subcontractor, not with their employee. He told me that my review was wrong, that I was very wrong, and threatened to take legal actions several times in this message. One of the threats I found particularly ridiculous was telling me that he would 'probably' make me pay for all the losses they have due to my review. This is not a scam posting, this is a valid review. I will certainly not be bullied into taking this review down as my review IS regarding the poor customer service I received from employees in your office in New York.

Everything went well. They arrived on time. They did what they were supposed to and were efficient.

Went excellent! Alex was extremely knowledgeable and took his time. He was a true expert.

Arko arrived promptly and with a smile on his face. He is softspoken and respectful. He needed to replace/repair the tracks of the armoire drawers which had broken through the years. He completed the job in 45 minutes and explained everything that he was doing to my husband and myself. He double checked everything before he left. We were extremely satisfied with everything and are so happy that we checked Angies List!!

Work was done in-house in two sessions taking about five hours in total. Technician "Alex" was a master at his art. He was on time, pleasant, and very neat in his work. The jobs did were very expert and in the end saved us money by not having to do replacements of the furniture. Best I can say is that he left the pieces he worked on in as "as new" condition.

Alex from All Furniture Services was amazing! He called and arrived when he said he would. He looked at our college and gave his recommendation - to replace the leather seat on one section. He assured me he would find a match for the color and quality of our couch, which is 13 years old. He said it would take 3 weeks. After a week, I received a call to schedule Alex to come back and install the leather. He came when he was supposed to and completed the work within an hour. The couch looks like new - amazing!! Great job All Furniture Services!!!

Two workers arrived on time, worked non stop, were friendly and completed promptly. They cleaned up the doors, they look wonderful.

Mikayel and his team were wonderful! So professional and always kept in contact with me as to the status, pick-up and delivery. They also were great about sending samples of fabric for me to choose from. The prices were great as well! I would definitely use them again!

All went wdell. Everything is still working fine. We are very happy.

The phone contact with the company was helpful and accurate; they worked around my very packed schedule; arrived with materials in hand based on photos I had sent ahead and completed the work in a timely and aesthetically pleasing way. They were also helpful in preparing documentation for insurance.

I called All Furniture Services and set up an appointment for a specific day. They called me the day before to let me know the three-hour window they would be there. Scott, the technician showed up right on time, took pictures, and told me the price to repair the dresser. He was very professional and told me the price (quite a bit of money) and we discussed the pros and cons of repairing versus discarding the dresser. Because the dresser has sentimental value to me I had it repaired. Scott did a really great job and the dresser is now solid and usable. He did explain that the casters are old and I should be careful when the dresser is moved. While pricey the money was worth it.
