Jason was the 3Ps - professional, polite and prompt. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, coached me in dismounting, remounting and repositioning the TV (eg tilting it). When I asked if he used a level, he graciously took it out and showed me that the TV was indeed plumb. Overall, a great experience and I will certainly vouch for Handy Home Service & Repair for audio/visual jobs. I would be willing to try them for other handy services too.
