Jason was within the timeframe of the appointment. He arrived with a complete toolkit and ready to work. He had to mount a 50" and a 40". He noted that my nuts and bolts may have been too weak, so he used his own which definitely were a better quality. All work completed within an hour. Professional demeanor the entire time. I was also able to watch my movie with only a 5 minute interruption. The price was unbeatable. I highly recommend over the others.
