Excellent service, efficient, clean and pleasant work. Dellray was fabulous.

Very professional - everything came out bautifully - they did upholstery and carpets for me - and did an amazing job. Very neat - and very tidy. Very professional company. I will use them again and again (especially with my 4 year old!)

Prompt, friendly service, and the carpets came out like new. I didn't think all the spilled soda/beer stains in my rental cottage carpet would come out, but they did. Saved me the cost of new carpeting.

I priced other companies and D&M were the best priced company around. They arrived exactly when they said they would & the men were very polite. The carpet was cleaned beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

In a home with 4 very active kids my carpet has reached a state of dirty I never imagined possible. I've had it cleaned prof. before but was too expensive to keep up. I finally decided to give it another shot this time with D&M not the one with the "unbeatable reputation". Not only were they prompt (next day service), polite and professional but the carpet never looked better after having it cleaned. Oh yea, did I mention that because I had a couple of stains that could not be removed they did not charge me for the whole room! I thought business ettiquette like that was in prior generations not this day and age! Thanks so much D&M.

Very customer service focused. Pleasant, answered all my questions, and most importantly asked if I wanted a demonstration. The demonstration convinced me that the service would meet my expectations. They were prompt and very neat.

They did a great job. I was not around and someone else let them in, but they called me from the road to let me know they were going to be there soon, called me when done, and the cost even came in less than the estimated cost. All who I talked to were very pleasant.

I would definitely use D & M next time.

The staff were friendly and prompt on the phone and in person. they accommodated our time frame. The went beyond and completed the stairs when we added that on. All the carpets look like new.

I've used D & M at least 5 times since finding them on this site, always very pleased with the quality of the work. The men who come to do the work always are very polite and professional. I even had a time when I NEEDED my area rugs cleaned and I couldn't be home to have this done, so I left the carpets out on our new deck and they came cleaned them on the deck and it was a huge lifesaver for them to do this for me. I'd happily recommend their services.

THE COMPANY WAS FANTASTIC, THEY ACTUALLY MADE OUR MICROFIBER COUCH THAT WAS IN DEPLORABLE CONDITION BRAND NEW, WILL HAVE THEM EVERY YEAR GOING FORWARD

D&M were fantastic. They were on time, professional and efficient. And my rugs look amazing.

I called two other carpet cleaners first and they could not come the same day. D&M responded quickly and arrived exactly between 2-3pm, as they promised. The horrible dog stain disaster completely vanished!

D&M was a good find, the man showed up on time, he was polite and curtious. He moved items in his way without complaining. He did a wonderful job on the bedroom that originally was our problem room and then cleaned a stairway that has had ugly stains for a few years. The stairway looks brand new. I am very satisfied with the service and quality. My off white carpet was filthy having not been cleaned in 4 years. Del from DM carpet came and worked extra hard and spent a long time to remove tough stains. the carpet looks really good now. I never thought it was possible.

The operator arrived when he said he would and completed the job in a reasonable time. The carpets look good and the operator was very helpful in moving furniture. We are very pleased.
