It went very well. The were on-time and respectful & quiet for my night-shift, RN daughter's sleeping. The service was very thorough and well worth the expense.

He was friendly and polite. He mostly cleaned up. It was more work than I expected but the plumbing is 50 years old - it has to give out at some point.

They are very prompt they showed up on time. The price is reasonable.

I was pleasantly I had scheduled the installation for a Monday and had arranged to take time off of work to accommodate the installer. I was very pleased when I D'Angelo's Plumbing & Heating phoned me the Friday before and asked if Saturday would be better for me - at no additional charge. Worked out perfectly! And I got a 1/2 day vacation day back, too. The installer arrived Saturday morning and was very professional and courteous throughout the installation. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everything buttoned up and cleaned up like he hadn't even been there. The only difference was that I now had a shower control that didn't leak and would turn off without a screwdriver. Highly recommended. One caveat - I wish they had left me a refrigerator magnet so that their number would always be handy for future reference!

Everything went well. The technician was very professional, answered all of our questions, and didn't pressure us which we appreciated. The unit was running fine after they worked on it.

Excellent experience all the way around! The installer, Terry, did a great job. He was professional and very informative. Another technician in my home today commented that he was very impressed with the sump pump installation. I'm extremely pleased with everything and will definitely use D'Angelo's in the future.

Everything went great. The gentleman was very polite and professional. He was very efficient and informative. He arrived when he said he would. It was a good experience. I would recommend D'Angelo's to anyone who need service on there furnance or AC unit.

I was not present for the major part of the work, but my husband was very pleased and I liked that the installer did not leave a mess. He had to turn the gas off and on and it left some fumes, but not dangerous. He told us it would go away shortly and it did. He also gave us a $50 discount on the job because we were members of Angie's List.

My husband called several companies before calling them. They were the cheapest and offered a 50.00 coupon that made them lower then several other companies. They came out the day we called in the morning and had the work done and cleaned up after themselves and we had hot water by 3:00 in the afternoon with no problems at all. Did not really like the cost but like I said we called other places and theirs was the best price and they replaced it with an A/O water 40 gallon gas hot water tank which the stated is rated tops on Consumer Reports. The only thing I did not like was that they did not separate the cost for the heater and the labor on the bill.

From the initial contact to the actual repair, all went very well. The people at D'Angelo's are both friendly and competent. Ken, who actually did the work, was very helpful in recommendations for other items that potentially need repair. The price for the work was fair for the amount of work done.

I had a leak in a shut-off valve for an outside water faucet. The plumber came and replaced the valve with a lever valve. Since I was unable to shut off the house water supply, he also suggested replacing the house shut-off valve with a lever shut-off. He averted what could have been a disaster. He came the same day that I called and worked very quickly.

It took them about 15 minutes and they fixed the problem - they cleaned up after they were through, were polite and on time

I had called to have drainage installed for my washer the weekend I moved into this house. The estimator noticed there was water on the floor of the basement. By the next day it was clear the water heater needed to be replaced. One thing led to another and it was discovered that the chimney was blocked with bird nesting material and the chimney liner had collapsed meaning the house had been filling with carbon monoxide whenever the heat was on. The system had theoretically been serviced prior to closing on the house as recommended by my inspection report. Apparently that service consisted of changing he filter...period. Because of what was found, I had no heat or hot water until the chimney blockage could be repaired. The staff at D'Angelo's was fantastic. They had a team of people here 1st thing the next morning. While cleaning the system, the team discovered that the heat exchanger in the furnace had rusted through so even with the chimney repaired, carbon monoxide was still an issue. Within the hour more of the team showed up with everything required to make my new home safe for me and my little pug. Everyone was so compassionate about the potential for what might have happened to me & the dog. They were very professional, offered me extra extended no interest financing and cleaned up every spec of nest, hauled away everything old & walked me through the entire system. They even checked to make sure my detectors were functioning properly! I highly recommend this group of caring professionals and will use them again for a future bathroom project!

Had a tool that I didn't and,voila, it took only a few minutes to get it fixed

I thought D'Angelo's Plumbing & Heating were very expensive, but I'm not sure what the going rate really is. It was an emergency job and I had to have it taken care of quickly.

Matt came to the house the same day we called for service. He explained the features of the new faucets and installed them neatly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and easy to interact with, and we will certainly call D'Angelo's again and ask for him if we have other plumbing needs. A great experience.

The technician showed up on time and went over all of my options and was very patient with my questions and concerns. He also answered some unrelated plumbing questions I had while he was there. They were able to complete the install faster than expected, so they gave a small discount for the saved time. The installer was also able to use some extra tiles I had to tile in the gap. We were very happy with the work and would hire again.

They were excellent, good, on time. We were very pleased. They were very friendly. They came in, did the work, cleaned up afterword. They were just very prep.

I really couldn't ask for a better experience, given it was a fairly expensive, unplanned, job.

Calling D'Angelo's service went very smoothly and professionally. They were great on the phone and as a bonus even scheduled a same day service! I had a plumber on the scene within hours! Very nice. They gave me a "heads up" phone call right before the plumber arrived, which was also very professional. Price was fair for the work that was done. If I had any negative for the review it would be that the plumber himself who was not in a great mood, or just not good with his people skills, or something. It just seemed like he didn't want to be doing his job. He did got the job done just fine and efficiently.

I called with questions about a pinhole leak in my toilets pipes. They had a tech available in my area for the afternoon. He came was able to quote me on the problem and found that my 20 year toilet was a mess and needed to be replaced. I was shown the problem and the fix from start to finish. Terry did a great job from setup, repair, install to cleanup. Thumbs up all the way.

Service was prompt, efficient, and estimates were honored in all tasks. Serviceman was genial and polite, explaining the work as he went. GOOD experience all the way around. Have used D'Angelos before many times and will certainly call on them again.

The tech showed up n time and really talked me through the whole ordeal. He knew exactly what I needed and the price was great. It took less than an hour to diagnose and replace parts for my sink. I also called them back to install a water treatment unit and I look forward to the install. Very pleasant company. I will use them in the future.

Although the parts were not immediately available, they were excellent with ocmmunication. WHen the parts arrived, they installed the next day.
