On time, professional. Josh showed me problem areas, made recommendations and took the time to answer questions, which I appreciated.

Two Men arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went immediately to work. They were both polite and professional and very knowledgeable. They both were patient and took the time to answer my many questions. As the job developed and additional areas of concern were found, They first brought the problem to my attention and explained it to me in terms I could understand. I then make the decision weather or not to proceed ,based on the information I was given. I was a lot of work that needed to be done for a long time. I felt confident, after reading the reviews on Angie's list, that I finally found the right company to do the job. I would definitely call on D'Angelo's Plumming & Heating again if I needed more help, but they did such a thorough job, I don't think that it will be necessary for quite awhile.

Called before leaving previous job and was at my house 15 minutes later. Was extremely friendly and efficient. He was not bothered by me hanging around, even explained each step of the process as he went.

I called to request an estimate for a Monday or Friday and was given a time within a week. Ken showed up right on time and provided the estimate before he left. The work was scheduled for that Friday. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery of my supplies from their vendor. Matt called to let me know that they would need to reschedule for the following Monday. Ken arrived on time and got to work. Even working alone, Ken was able to remove the old cast iron sink, which was really heavy. Matt made a special trip to deliver the new sink and faucet to Ken. Matt also coordinated with the city to do the water cut off. Ken was very nice and professional and did a great job. The area was left clean when he was done and we are really enjoying the new sink and faucet. If I had one criticism, I would have like to have seen the estimate broken down a little more. But overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The price was expensive but I have no complaints with service. They were very prompt and professional. It took about a day to complete the work. They sent one technician and then a manager came because there was difficulties.

it went well,we had then come back to give a price on installing a shower a shower in the basement ,the plumbing is already there , and they wanted $5200 which we thought was outrageous,so we did not you them for that.

They are quick, responsive, and very helpful. They are pleasant over the phone and are careful about who they hire. I would continue to use their services. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent.

I was not pleased because I just wanted a simple water heater. I think the price was very high. The water heater was adjacent to a narrow walk way and he installed the water valve in the middle of the isle. I think that was poor planning. I hit my arm on the valve when I walk down the isle. I would not call them again for service.

It went well but they up sold me with what they did. Overall I was very happy with it and the guy was very nice. It was a phenomenal job!I don't know how competitive they are on their price compared to the other company. It was kind of expensive but the guy was great and you can't beat that service. The guy was very knowledgeable and he took care of it a hundred percent.

It went very well; I have actually used the Angelo's before, not personally but professionally and they have always done a good job. They are good guys and know what they are doing. Honesty is their biggest thing; they very honest.

D'Angelo's mission was to remodel our main bathroom and exceed customer's expectations. They excelled in their mission. Starting with Dennis who sat with us and helped craft the design, was informative as to options and supplied us with samples brought right to our house, we found his help to be invaluable. He communicated with us throughout the project and was our go to guy for any questions or service adjustment. Erik and Jeff gave us good project oversight. Chad was responsible for doing most of the work and he was very good at paying attention to detail, cleaning, and keeping the project moving on target (special thanks for the great job on the laundry chute). Joe was his assistant and brought a lot of enthusiasm to the workplace. Thanks to Terry for installing our towel ring which we had changed from a towel rack. Rob who did the painting did a great job in giving the bathroom a finished look. Like all construction jobs there were a few speed bumps, these were addressed and solved to our satisfaction. Thanks also to D'Angelo's and Angie's List for providing discounts. We recommend D'Angelo's and would use them again.

The service was great. When giving a price, it felt that he was trying to determine how much I was willing to pay, versus what the price would be for any customer.

great, he showed up early, estimated he would be here about an hour and a half, he gave me a price estimate, then completed the work. He cleaned up after him self, very professional and pleasant.

They were fabulous! The work was beyond excellent and their customer service was awesome! They were really good about responsiveness. We have actually recommended them.

The plumber was on time and efficient. He listened to what I wanted completed. He was clean and friendly. When he turned off the water he noticed the waterline above the heater in need of obvious repair and pointed it out to me. I made the decision to add this to the work order. I was satisfied with the work he did. It has all worked well since,

They made a small mistake on the install. I called and they quickly came out and corrected it with no charge or hassle. I have used them before to fix my basement sewage pump for my basement bathroom. They did an excellent job. They will be on my list for my kitchen and bathroom updates. They were also recommended by Rochester Appliance.

Polite, on time. Problem arose when they were sent the wrong glass doors, and it took a few weeks to have the correct doors delivered - they were installed last night. They are a good, dependable company.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved. A site manager came out with Dennis to make sure that what we wanted would work and to determine what would be needed. The men that came to do the work were polite, thorough and cleaned up every day. The drywall guy, Donnie, is my new hero after more than one "professional" from other companies could not make a seamless ceiling. Language was clean and I was asked about the radio station they wanted to play during their work. The job was completed when they said it would be and there was follow up to make sure we were happy with the completed project. D'Angelo's will be my first call the next time.

They sent out a guy for the est. who gave it all a look then called into the office for the price. Now keep in mind i had already purchased the utility sink and water pump since the water would have to be pumped up into the septic system, as well as all electrical work would be set up for them. I also asked if they could give me a price on installing a ceiling exhaust fan in a bathroom. Soooo they tell me $3100 for the laundry plumbing work and they dont put in exhaust fans. The price was outrageous, in fact double the price I ended up getting the job completed for with Mr Rooter($1550). This seemed like a quote from a company that didnt need the work, and correct me if I'm wrong, but Dangelo's Kitchen and BATH? How do you say your company can't put in an exhaust fan in a bathroom? Have they become extinct? Unreal! I know where I wont be going when i redo the kitchen- I would like an exhaust fan for the stove! Wouldn't you?
