Royal Roofing and Gutters was called and came on time to give an estimate for the repair of siding. (1 piece) They even took a look at the entire roof to make sure there were no other issues. Limi never complained about the size of the job and gave a fair estimate for the repair. He was so kind and considerate, I asked about another job replacing rotting wood trim around the house. (I previously received astronomical estimates from other companies) Limi and Chuck reviewed the work to be done and again gave a fair estimate for the work. Limi and Chuck were hired for the job and waited for a good day to work. Limi confirmed the night before and Chuck showed up on time as usual. Chuck took his time and worked on our home from 8am to 3pm non-stop. The results of the job were awesome!!! The replacement of the wood looked so great that I forgot they were really hired for that small piece of siding. The finished product looked so good that people in the community were driving by and requesting Chuck stop by their home for an estimate as well. (wood replacement due to rotting is a common issue in the community) Limi and Chuck are kind, courteous, respectful, professional, fair and did not try to take advantage of the situation because it was such a very small job. Limi and Chuck did an excellent job with our home and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! Royal Roofing and Gutters care about their customers and put them first..I could go on but you need to find out for yourself.

Called Limi after another siding company (whos' initials are King Quality) did not show up for a scheduled appointment and he was at my house super-fast, with a fair price, ready to work. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Royal Roofing and Gutters again.

Got a phone call from my wife at 3AM while I was at work that the gutters had collapsed off the house due to heavy snow. Went on Home Advisor first thing when I got home at 8 AMand Royal Roffing/Gutters was at my house at 1030 AM giving me an estimate. Got a real good feel for Limi that he knew what he was doing and provided a fair/honest estimate. Decided to use their services and requested the earliest appointment they could do. Was told they d be there between 830-930 AM the next day. They got to my house at 810 and we re ready to go. The job was done by 1 o clock: worked quick and work was done well. They even used the leaf blower to blow away any debris and cleaned up everything. Quick, clean, reliable. Highly recommend and would use them again if I have problems with the rest of my gutters or roof.

Even though this was only a small repair job Limi gave it his full attention. You don’t find that level of responsiveness with very many contractors.

Royal did great work. They were honest and very knowledgeable on roofing. They did not push additional services unless asked. They quoted in writing within one day. They were fast and cleaned up after the job was complete. I am 100% satisfied with their workmanship and speed of completing my job. They replaced all of my gutters and even fixed issues with my original install. I would highly recommend them for additional work.
