They were very punctual in calling me back and arriving at my home.

They did an excellent job, clean and efficient, but I was not sure whether I got a good deal by paying $1,000.- to clean and the chimney and replace the cap of the chimney. I concluded the prices with them before they started the job. it took them less then 3 hours to complete the job. I am very happy with their work, prompt response and great communication, but I will compare their prices with at least one more vendor before I give them the job next time.

I knew I needed new gutters but hired them to just clean them. After they did that they told me I needed new gutters. Said my roof was fine, which I was glad to hear. I felt pressured into making a decision on the spot. I agreed to new seamless gutters, downspouts and mesh screens even though I felt the price was extremely high. Came next day and completed the job quickly. Looks beautiful and I don't have any doubt about their workmanship. However, I am left feeling like I was extremely overcharged. Nice guys, excellent work but I feel like I got swindled. He just kept saying "this is a good price'". I just wish I would have remained firm and told him I wanted to get a few more estimates. While I would like to recommend them because their work seems excellent, I can't in good conscience do that and risk someone else feeling the way I do now.

They were honest reliable and they worked within my time frame

Two brother workers Tim and Ben came within an hour and finished the job within 2 hours. Clean, efficient and friendly, However, I am not sure whether I got the best deal because they are the only contractor I talked to. This is the reason that I only gave them 4.5 stars. Spent $1,000.- plus tax to clean the chimney, fireplace and replace a new cap. They also cut the trees on top of the chimney, and cleaned the pine needles and dirt on the decks with their blower.

Eddie was very nice and very professional. The job Started as just a gutter cleaning and he gave me an excellent price to install gutter leaf filters. He did it right there on the spot. Total job was maybe about two hours, if that! And he fixed some gutter brackets that were bent due to last years snow and ice. My gutters are only about 15 months old. All in all I’d hire again!
