Extremely nice plumber showed up, located the plug in the sewer line (I was so thankful that it wasn't the line itself!) and cleared it. We had a nice conversation and the price was very reasonable. Also, I have a friend who is a plumber but doesn't have the big tools, and this happened to be the company that he recommends too. So I had a great experience and then another plumber recommended them. You can't go wrong. Nice people, great work, very reasonable prices.

Called right away and scheduled work for the next day. Ended up replacing the soil line from the house to the septic. Followed their advice to check the pipe from the back of the septic to the drain field and found it was completely broken off from the field. They fixed it quickly explaining everything that had to be done.

Very, very knowledgeable and able to explain the problem. I appreciated the way he went about solving the situation not jumping ahead to things I might not have needed first. The price was extremely reasonable. He worked efficiently, was on time. very professional and was a really nice guy to work with.

My call was returned quickly and response time was very good. Justin, the plumber who did the job, arrived within an hour of my call; he was courteous and thorough. He ascertained the problem with the clog and cleared it quickly. The pricing was quite fair.

The tech from this company was unable to correct my problem..ALTHOUGH Justin was thorough, compassionate and informative. Customer service rep was the same. Their pricing was more than fair. I am happy to have interacted with them. They even called me back later in the week to see if my problem had been corrected. SUPERB!!!

Very reliable courtesy stuff

These guys are great. They were the first to return my call. Their customer service on the phone was great. Even in a severe cold snap, they were able to come the same week that i called (i had a sewer line blockage- not an emergency, like frozen pipes). Justin came on Fri, right when he said he would. Spent time assessing the situation and answering my question. Needed to come back with different equipment because my basement steps were too narrow. Said he'd come back on Monday and he did- exactly on time. Robbie and Justin are really nice guys. They had the line clear in half an hour. They're a small business that I'm happy to support. I really appreciate how reliable and courteous they were. I would be happy to use them again and I recommend them.

They didn't give an invoice to my daughter. I am an out of state owner and I need an invoice for my files. I have called them regarding this and no return call.

Tried to unclog drain,. After auguring, water still did not flow. Said that needed new toilet. Very poor communication. Does not respond to emails. For at least one week, has not responded to promised pricing for follow-up work (replace toilet).
