I got a call within 30 minutes of submitting my information online for a sewer line blockage. They first checked the manhole in front of my house and determined that the city line was also blocked with tree roots. They called the city and made sure their line was cleared before working on mine. Friendly and knowledgable. I will probably call them again when I need to.

My first time using Home Advisor. Clogged sewer line to street; called 2 other 24 hour companies - neither could come. Rolling Rooter came within an hour; Justin cleared the clog in less than an hour. Since this was on a Sunday night we were especially grateful and the price was reasonable. Plus we got some tips on keeping the problem from happening again and resolving another related but different issue.

Called them 7:45 for a clogged main sewer line. They were there by 8:30am and gone by 9am. Very knowedlabe and answered all my questions. Would deff hire them again, and reccomend for anyone in wynantskill area looking for plumbing.

They made an error flooded our basement, 15 - 20 conversation with the owner was very unprofessional not willing to send out another technician to clean up. Did finally send technician back and clean up the job. The technician was very polite and apologize. Wouldn't use this company again. Very disappointed.
