As is frequently the case, when one gets into reconstructing (or anything else), one finds unanticipated things that need to be considered...generally requiring additional work, materials, etc. This rehab job was no exception. It was all handled with aplomb, a great cooperative spirit and at either minimal, more than fair additional cost or NO additional cost. For example, unbeknownst to us and Warren, our "water table" is quite high with seepage in the garage and lower level. He had his concrete sub re-do much of the garage floor (with self-leveling "seepage resistant" cement) at a deeply discounted rate. His men had installed some doors that needed adjusting due to humidity/swelling and binding on the frame. This was cheerfully done...AFTER THE JOB HAD BEEN PAID FOR. He also sent a man to do some painting for us...after the job was done...i.e., doors in the garage. Having had a total of about 10 different men here...all "specialists"... for different things...we found them to be most pleasant, respectful and skilled at what they did. The point is that Mr. Glick is, it is fair to say, the most ethical, conscientious, reasonable, easy to work with contractor I've ever encountered...personally and even in my business experience. I would defitnitely recommend him to ANYONE.

Unfortunately, we ran smack into the Sandy storms, had no utilities for 8 days, which caused delays. The vendor had a death in the family, more delays. But job was completed to my satisfaction.

I contacted Warren earlier last year to get an estimate on remodeling of bathroom. His detailed estimate was fair. Warren was really professional and helpful. When I was ready, I contacted Warren to schedule for work to be done. Work was started on a date it was promised. When, the worked was started I met with Eric, Steve, Jesus & Mike. All his staff were knowledgeable & highly skilled. Every day, they were always there on time and cleaned up every day before leaving. Majority of the work was performed by Steve. Steve was very diligent and highly skilled at his work. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience & I highly recommend "US Home Remodeling" to all my friends & family members.

Warren gave a very thorough estimate and asked good questions and had good suggestions. Thought his price was very fair and came in essentially on budget. Crew was punctual, neat and polite. Very happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommend.

I supplied all the fixtures; so, they basically charged me for the labor and building materials. I really like what they did; they did a very nice job. They were on time; they came everyday to inspect what was done for the day. The crew showed up everyday. They stayed here. They did not leave the job until it was done. They followed-up after. I have little thatch-ups, so, whenever I called them after, they send somebody to fix it. I have been very happy with the work they did. Their price was excellent; I tried with a few companies, and they gave me the best deal.

Overall, a great experience. Quality was great. Timeframes were perfect. He kept me up to speed on all the steps in the process.

Went very well,from design, estimate, choice of materials and installation. And we still love the new kitchen.

Although the repairs were minor, the deadline given by the insurance company concerned us. Bobby was knowledgeable of the process and made everything so easy for us.

Returned call and set up appointment in a timely fashion. Stated he would qoute price via email in approx. 3days. Its now over 3weeks later , no email, no follow up call. If you don't want the job dont waste my time or yours'.

Was very good experience. Was on time with all aspects of the jobs. Came when called. Provided timely estimate. Finshed roughly when promised. Tried to help with suggestions to keep costs in line. The workers were very nice people with high skills. Corrected all miinor problems quickly. This company came through. Have a neighbor now in 4th week of bath project and ours took 2 weeks. I would highly reccomend. John

The sheet rock work was acceptable, but the heavy moulding was very poor and damaged.

I was thinking about remodeling my kitchen -new appliances, new counter top and sink- before putting my house up for sale. Warren advised me to sell "as is" taking into consideration the cost of the remodeling and the current real estate market. He said that buyers generally love new bathrooms but prefer to design their own kitchens. I appreciated his honesty and would highly recommend his company

called in 3 contractors and warren's was the one i chose. reasonably priced, a detailed printed estimate was sent to me about a week after he came to house. another contractor just gave a verbal price and nothing else! also had great rep on AL of course. had to wait til kitchen countertop co came to measure, then build countertop. that was only issue. poor communication on their part, not warren's who apparently did all he could . warren's crew came and removed all of kitchen necessary to do job, leaving us with large piece of leftover countertop to have to work on while we waited for counter to be built. that was very helpful. the crew came again in intervals to do other work over about a week, then we were just waiting on kitchen countertop, they came with it one day, and it wasn't installed because workers felt it wasn't built exactly correctly which i appreciate, then another few days went by and it came and was done.after all work was done, a few minor flaws remained which were promptly taken care of without hesitation (and that was after it was all payed for).

Their estimate came in lower than any of the other contractors that I called. They were very timely in getting the work completed and sent me their very best workman.

He did a beautfil job. The bamboo floor looks wonderful. They were quick and were able to do all the work in a month. He was easy to contact and easy to talk to while the job was being done. His contractors were very attentive and very nice. He was always available.

When we bought this house we knew it needed updating and decided to hire Warren with U.S Home and Remodeling. Warren gave us a detailed estimate and a schedule for the work to be done. When the work was started we met Danny and Mike who I really enjoyed working with. They were always there on time and the work they did was excellent. Everyday they would clean up and leave the house nice and neat. Warren would check in almost every day and we would talk on the phone periodically about anything that needed to be addressed, but overall everything went very smoothly and I would just talk to Danny about things that needed to be done. All in all the renovations went very well, it took longer than expected but we did have a lot of work being done and added on a lot of extras. We are very happy with the way everything came out. The house now looks exactly how we wanted. Everyone did an excellent job and if we had any problems along the way they were taking care of. Overall we are very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend U.S Home and remodeling Corp., and I already have.

Fabulous communication. Warren Glick made a daily site visit, he and Danny ( foreman) kept me well informed as we moved along. Danny, Mike and Jesus were working every day from start to the granite template and were back the day after the granite was installed to complete the backsplash, plumbing and electric. My house is 107 years old and nothing is straight but Danny was the great equalizer. Everything came out better then I ever expected, Danny, Mike and Jesus were wonderful from start to finish, you couldn't ask for a better crew.

They were excellent. The owner was very responsive and the over all work was really good and anything that was not up to my standard, he was responsive. They were on time and diligent with follow up. He was always here checking and directions to workers. He worked with you on the pricing as well.

We called Warren for an estimate on a bathroom and basement remodel because of his positive ratings on Angie's List. He came to our home right on time and was very pleasant, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and trying to help us the most cost effective way of doing it. While we ultimately chose a different contractor, I have to say that Warren was professional, fair, and thorough, and I would not hesitate to recommend him or possibly use him in the future.

Mr. Glick came to give an estimate after two other contracts. Mr. Glick told me some of the things didn't need to be done! He did what needed to be done efficiently and his workmen were the most accomplished and expert. Everything was done on time and in beautiful condition. He exceeded my expectations. What a pleasant surprise.

Mr. Glick promptly returned a message I left asking him to come for an estimate. He called to confirm the morning of our appt and was punctual. He was professional, knowledgeable and so very helpful. He reviewed the work we had done on our own thus far and gave us an honest assessment that we were doing good work and didn't need the level of expertise he brings to the job. He recommended we hire a carpenter as a more cost efficient option. He noted only a few items on our list that required a professional. We were impressed with his recommendations and pleased with his honesty and concern about our budget. We would DEFINITELY call him for the next project and recommend him to friends and family.
