We had our front door installed by Philip Kimber and Eddie Rodriguez.these guys were so professional,cleaned up after installation,not a single trace clean up material around.also explained everything clearly and showed me how to complete warranty packet. Brian and his partner educated me on how doors are suppose to be installed. From removal of old door to installing of new very very professional and neat. Even moved the house number. Had two installer crews come over the course of 2 weeks â  the first crew, led by Phil, did a bang-up job. Demo was quick and efficient and the windows themselves are things of pure beauty. However, there were a few items that were missed â  one in our original sales call, and one after realizing that one of the double-hung windows couldn't be properly locked. The company responded by sending out a second installer team and John and Rich did an amazing job of installing the window lifts we should have gotten with our order, fixing the lock problem on the double-hung window, and smoothing out a few finishing issues on some of the other windows. Amazing customer service and craftmanship.
