As he was charging by the hour, he dragged out the work. He dragged out writing out the invoice. It took about 20 minutes to write out the invoice. After he went to the bathroom… All on our time. He then handed us an invoice wanting to charge us for the time it took to give us the original estimate He did not start working for another 20 minutes. He did eventually takeoff for a half hour work costs but charged us the tax on it and notated on the receipt that we argued about the price for about a half hour.

Showed up very late and initially quoted a diagnosis for $120 but charged me an extra fee for an additional tech to come out and diagnose the issue which was not really needed. But since I had an emergency issue I used them but we live and learn.

Reed was very polite and professional. Very skilled and methodical at troubleshooting my electrical issue. He was able to resolve the issue and also found some other issues that could be problematic in the future. Would definitely use his services again. Highly recommended.
