Everything was fine.

Very poor experience. Came to do a job and did not do it. Than when coming back wants to charge more money instead of fixing the issue.

Reed was prompt and very courteous. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. He did a great job and would highly recommend RJD ELECTRI!CAL!

The guy was extremely nice, but they were supposed to come between 830-9am and did not come until after 12 after losing my info, and then it took 5 hours and $600 to hang three small chandeliers and two dimming switches (which was more than I paid for the lights). Granted one of the chandeliers did not fit my ceiling hole, but after paying $600, I still had to hang all the pieces and fill the space around the ceiling and fixture. I had hoped they could do a few other things that day but given they came late and ran late on the chandeliers, I was not able to get to the other projects and at that price, nor could i afford to at that point. Would have been nice if they capped out the fee at $400, especially since they came late and did not get to the other work.

Reed was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He did a lot of work while he was here and did everything up to code. I am so pleased that someone recommended him to us!

Good guys, will work with them again on other projects.

Reed has great communication. We needed him to resolve a wiring problem & install a replacement fixture. He was able to figure out the craziness of the problem & resolve it. He is personable & very knowledgeable. We would hire again & recommend without any reservation.

Fast outlet swapping!

I needed some high hats put Into three bedrooms. Reed called immediately after I put the information into home advisor. It was a Saturday afternoon. After I explained what I needed done reed came with a helper and the entire job was completed that same night!! It was unbelievable how fast he was. They did a great job, they were very kind and professional and I would recommend reed to anyone. Great job. Thanks so much!!

RJD was great. Reed arrived within 30 minutes to my late night emergency call (arcing in electrical box). Reed quickly diagnosed the problem, made several breaker replacements, and even diagnosed and replaced an arcing light switch in our basement. Very knowledgeable, professional and polite. A pleasure to deal with. We now have a new electrician and its REED from RJD. My highest recommendation to ALL.

They came late in the afternoon on Saturday and did not charge an emergency fee. We were without electricity and needed help. Would absolutely recommend this company.
