Description of Work: Initial garage door installation went well but since then, the door seems to be having problems on the track and is making noise at it opens. I have called them back to look at the issue but they have not shown up for two scheduled appointments. Seems that they're not good at servicing their installations. Doubt I'd use them again.

Description of Work: I had a broken srping on my garage door opener. This opener has been in place since I bought my house in 1996 so it is a bit of an antique. The guys from Ridge came right away to give me a quote and discuss the problem. They were back a few days later, right at the time they said they would be there, and installed the new spring. The are very professional, knowledgeable and likable. I would highly recommend them based upon my experience.

 + -1 moreHe went over to my house to see what was wrong with it, I thought he was going to do an estimate, the next thing I knew it was fixed. It was only $150, which I thought was fair. I've never had anything like that before.
Description of Work: The guy just came in and fixed my garage at my house.

 + -1 moreThey always return our calls promptly and arrive on time, as they did this time. We've used them before for motor installations, and find them very professional and friendly.
Description of Work: The guide rail of the automatic garage door was bent, preventing the door from opening/closing. He said that we would eventually need a new door because the guide wheel was also frozen. But he straightened the bent rail with a mallet, or hammer, and called it a 'band-aid'. It's working fine, and it's been a month.

 + -1 moreThey did say that I needed a new door, but they did what they needed to do to fix it and to get it to working properly again. When I first called, no one answered, so I got the answering machine. They did a great job though and I was very satisfied. He fixed what needed to be fixed and there was no price gauging. I will be using him again in the future.
Description of Work: They repaired the door on my two car garage because it was not working properly. They had to replace one of the parts.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS, THEY CAME AND I THOUGHT THE OPENER MADE A LITTLE TOO MUCH NOISE. I CALLED THEM, AND THEY CAME BACK AND TOOK CARE OF IT. WHEN I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM IT WAS BROKEN, THEY TOLD THEY COULD COME TOMORROW. I ASKED IF THAT WAS THEIR BEST OFFER, AND THEY SAID THEY COULD SEND SOMEONE THIS AFTERNOON.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER, BECAUSE THE OLD ONE HAD BROKEN.
